Update… Debi’s comment below saying she is sorry that the experience was not better is totally funny/​ridiculous because after I told her that since it took 3 days to get a call back we did not want to go any further with her processing the application spitefully she then told me my application would probably be rejected anyway. I have great credit and was offering 3 months rent in advance. We wanted a reduced rent by only $ 100 because the backyard was all rocks and no grass and we would have used our own W/​D and not the landlords. After telling her I wanted to pick-​up my $ 60 app fee because I told her we no longer felt comfortable with her to process our application, she said she would call me later when she would have the check with her. She called me later and told me that they rejected my application because the landlord’s did not want to reduce the rent. I told her that I was on my way to pick-​up my $ 60 application fee check since I told her not to process it already and now a rejection… sheesh what a coincidence. She was incredibly unreliable and had a huge attitude when she finally did call me that morning also. So, she then said it was non-​refundable and told me I could not have it back… oh and apparently she is going to keep my application in her records because that is HERS now too. Wonder why she wants it so badly… guess I will have to report her and Knapp Realty to the BBB since they have very bad business practices with possible intentions of identity theft. Not sure, but I had to stop payment my check and other things to protect myself from people with crazy tendencies.
