They bought the business from my regular pool guy, then couldn’t figure out how to train all their new guys to either do the job, or get into my house, despite repeated calls. After a month of this nonsense, I called to ask what the problem was, and Dean said he just couldn’t provide the service I require. Sad.

These people destroyed not only our pool but flooded our entire backyard. They lied to us three times; flooded our yard when we were out of town; all after missing an entire month (July) of maintenance. DO NOT USE this company. We’re going into litigation with them today as they’ve done more than $ 2700 worth of damage to our yard.

Lightning Pool solutions was recommended to us by another company as we needed our tile bead blasted and our plaster acid washed and that company did not do both. We got estimates from quite a few companies but Lightning Pool Solutions was the only one that followed up and matched a competitors price. The best part is they were the only company that could get the entire job done in 1 day-no really make that 4 hours. They have a high speed pump that drained the pool lightning fast, all the other companies wanted to put the pump in the night before. They arrived at 7am and were done by 11am. Our pool has never looked better and they did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend them.
