Maddela Zenaida A MD

Dr. Maddela has been decent enough as a general physician to me, however her office is not proactive in their medical service. You have to contact her for lab and test results. If they’re bad you may never know unless you call them. My previous doctors always called me right away if their was a problem of any sort. The worst part is you cannot get in touch with either her or her office. This is the most frustrating part of her medical practice. Their phone service is archaic. There isn’t even an answering machine. The phone is always busy; absolutely always. The office hours have been intermittent. I have driven 19 miles to visit the office since I can’t call them and it’s closed. My pharmacist has called her 2 weeks in a row to renew my medicine and they never receive a call back. I have no idea how they got through to begin with. Basically, she just disappears. It’s a mystery. I’m sorry to write a bad review since she’s friendly enough but she is alone in her office so everything that happens there, or doesn’t happen, is her responsibility. I now have to wait 2 months for an appointment with a new doctor.
