We have been using Master Pool Service since last year, let me tell you, it is not often that a company goes way above and beyond the call of duty, the way Master Pool Service does. Not only is this company knowledgeable, but ON iT! If there is ever anything wrong with our pool or hot tub, we are informed and the problem resolved immediately. Kevin is very friendly, courteous, and kind. This has been our first pool, and Kevin at Master Pool Service, is helping to make this a wonderful experience to enjoy. Our pool stays clean, well maintained and balanced every week.

Kevin does an excellent job. His customer service standards are higher than my previous pool guys. I’m very satisfied with his reliable and personable service. My parents use his service too. They too are happy with his work.
