Mattress Firm Warm Springs

This place is genuinely great! We came in pretty close to closing time, thinking we had to rush and get out, but Maggie was so helpful and patient, the whole experience was great! If you need a mattress go to this place, seriously!

UPDATE AFTER DELIVERY: I previously gave 5 stars due to my wonderful experience with Maggie, as noted below. However, the delivery guys that came on Saturday afternoon brought the mattress and box springs upstairs and said they do not provide setup. I asked them to set it up and they said no, it;s not part of the delivery.
My friend also had a bed delivered three days ago from this same Mattress Firm store and they set her bed up. Must’ve been different delivery guys. As a result of my unpleasant experience with these delivery guys, I deducted my 5^th star because of their poor customer service. Needless to say, they did not earn a $ 20 cash tip I had ready to give them.
ORIGINAL REVIEW… With a Mattress Firm on just about every corner, I chose this location 35 miles away from my home because a friend of mine once worked with the store manager here named Maggie. My friend highly recommended her as a truly exceptional individual and worth the drive across town. Well, my friend was correct… Maggie is an exceptional individual and the shopping experience last night was worth the drive.
This Mattress Firm store is located on Marks at Warm Springs, in Henderson. This store is clean, well lit, has an easy to understand color coded mattress layout, and the parking was convenient right outside the front doors.
Maggie was very personable from start to finish, allowing me feel like a valued customer; not a number. She asked good questions relevant to my purchase needs. Based on the answers I provided, she made some recommendations showing me she truly listened to my needs. Maggie was very consultative with her approach and not pushy whatsoever.
Maggie is extremely easy going and I would highly recommend anybody interested in a bed purchase to go see Maggie at this Mattress Firm store on Marks at Warm Springs.

Maggie makes this place the best Mattress Firm to visit! She isn’t pushy, but she is knowledgeable. She guided me in the right direction to locate a mattress that would fit my sleep habits. She also let me know that by checking in with Unilocal,I would receive a free mattress frame! Excellent deal. The store was clean, the restrooms were clean, we were offered water (cold or room temperature), and I wasn’t rushed into making a decision. She even sent me to another store to try out a brand not in her store. We returned to Maggie with a decision.

I have been looking for a specific mattress for a year now and kept coming back to the 410 Marks location because of the friendly customer service. So my decision was to buy from Dave and Maggie… Dave even remembered me from a year ago. I was in and out and happy as clam with my new order of the Serta IComfort Brilliant King with Base — can’t wait to start getting some good zzzzzzz’s. Amazing buying experience — Happy Customer!

Bought a too soft Tempurpedic. 90 days later exchanged for the Tempurpedic Allure. Best sleep in over a year. Thank you Mark Platt and others for your help and patience.

Where to begin!?! I guess the initial reason why we stopped in. Just moving to Vegas my mother and I were looking for a quality mattress that wouldn’t cost her too much. She has never had to purchase her own mattress and she was overwhelmed to say the least. By saying Mattress Firm and Greg were our saviors is no joke!
Not only was Greg kindest man in the world (he proves patience is truly a virtue) he know everything in his industry. He started with our budget and from there worked on finding EXACTLY what we were looking for. He educated us and helped us find a bed that we would have never thought we could afford, and at the same time taught us what kind of bed she actually wanted.
He explained that there was a 100 day promise that if we found a better price for our bed then he would match it. Looking back it’s laughable, because we now know we could never have found better service or selection. Greg even went as far to call his manager to ensure that he was getting us the best price possible. The bed was delivered by two of the most professional and once again kind men I have ever encountered. One even got on his back on the floor to go under the bed to answer my mother’s 1000 question. They were on time and fast. I cannot rave enough. If you ever have to choose or recommend a company rest assured this is the only mattress store to turn to!
