If I could give a 0 — this would be it. Went in and they are carrying buckets of dirty water through the restaurant from the bathroom. After a long drive from DC, the kids are starving and want the Big Golden Arches to satisfy that hunger. We pull in and the drive through line is out to the street. After about 4 mins… I said lets just go in. Went in hit the line and found that we were in the wrong line. they were just calling people up. What in the world does that mean. It was like take a number, but there were no numbers. Once up to the counter I ordered two kids happy meals like this: 2 Cheeseburger happy meals hold the onions and the pickles 2 apple juices one boy and one girl I paused she said did you want 2 happy meals? I said yes. she said ok and you said not pickles right? I said yes she said. did you want onions? I said no she said so no pickles and no onions right? At this point I feel myself getting a little irritated but still holding it together. Next I place my order I said can I get a mcdouble and a water she said you want one mcdouble and one water right? I just looked at her for a second and said uh huh. then she said ok and read the order back to me it was all correct. as it should have been with all of the confirmations that went on. then she says that will be $ 11.27(yes, i was that irritated I remember this like it was 2 minutes ago) I give her the info and she asks me for my last name. I said Karla she said I saiiiiddd your last name I said — I saiiiiiddd Karla Then she wrote my name down and proceeded to the next customer. After what seemed like an eternity, it was only about 7 minutes the called my name. enough time to check –in BTW. I can’t tell you how many people with larger orders and came after me got their orders before us. My kids were like hey… they cut in line. anyways, we get our order and I said can I get some ketchup and bbq sauce She said that will be $ 0.25 I said why she said we charge for our sauces I said, um no we have french fries she said — $ 0.25 I said I will just take the refund then. she said — manager refund the manager came up talked to her and didnt even look at me. grabbed my receipt and then headed to the register for my return money. We headed up the freeway to Exit 204 to get Mcdonalds at the next stop. Literally a 5 minute drive to a world of difference in service. With that said… I say skip this one and head to exit 204 on 85 south. you will skip the headache of lack of customer service and much better service.
