So after just receiving my sons trophy and photos from this soccer season at tonights soccer party and hearing the absolute ridiculous excuse for customer service that Millennium offered to our team and coach and I will be making a point of it to talk to the league about making sure not to include millennium as the«go to» awards and photo shop… Let me go back to the day we took the photos. The lady taking the photos was first and foremost not very personable, she was very abrupt and seemed to get frustrated easily, guess what, your working with 4 and 5 year old kids, its going to get tough… Get over it! Then she made sure to emphasize to all the parents that it is of the utmost importance to make sure your names are all spelled correctly on the paperwork so we can ensure that your children’s info is correct on the trophies. Well, fast forward to tonight when we receive the photos of our«Grasshoppers» and low and behold my sons name is completely misspelled on the trophy and it is definitely not misspelled on the paperwork but the entire team name is misspelled on the bottom of the team picture. Instead of Grasshoppers it says Grasshoppes. The photos are not cropped, they still have the large white borders and photo paper marking around then and to top it off the photos are absolutely horrible. She took the photos with parked cars in the background and they are completely over exposed. So myself as well as other team parents have now paid for useless pictures, misspelled trophies and misspelled team names on plaques that may I remind you cost $ 25 each. To put the icing on this terrible lack luster excuse for a photography and awards company cake. When they were contacted by our coach about the issues, they offered to edit the team name on the photo and email it over and said we could just go print them ourselves… Let me explain something to this terrible excuse for a business women. When you are paid to complete a job, you complete it and you complete it correctly. Obviously there is no sense of pride in her work and they have zero customer service skills as well. When then asked how do you expect us to switch out the photo in the plaque that has a photo in it since they do not just unscrew and she responded with, «you just need to use pliers and pry it apart and then use a hammer to seal it back up.» Again, I paid you to do the job correctly the first time. Terrible terrible customer service and extremely terrible quality. This clearly reminded me as to why my daughters team has gone away from this sorry excuse for a company to a private photographer for their pictures and awards every year.
