Nevada Hearing and Balance Center

I had a wonderful experience at this office! I’m 50 years old, but seriously for the last 5 – 8 years I knew I had hearing loss. No one really believed me because of my age but sure enough I needed hearing aids.
Dr. Theobold has a very pleasant way about him. He explains everything thoroughly and really takes the time to make sure you understand how to use your hearing aids. There was very little wait in the front office, and his staff up front is very nice. Dr. Theobold took a lot of time with me. In just one appointment he checked my hearing, fitted me for hearing aids, customized them for me, and explained the whole process. I was very impressed, and left feeling confident with what was going on.
Finally, I can hear again! I can watch television and understand what they are saying. I don’t have to say ”What?” or ”Excuse me?” a hundred and fifty times during one conversation, it’s really been a great thing.
I would highly recommend this office. The whole experience was great.

Dr Roger Theobold is very thorough and explains every test every step. Office is spotless, assistant is very nice. My elderly parents are hearing impaired.
