Opulence Spa

Went in and received a facial from Tara and not only was this place clean and beautifully set up. It was very relaxing and everyone was very professional and nice! I will definitely be back for their product and services again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need! She did such an amazing job. I left with the feeling of clean and beautiful skin :)

Went in for a facial & received an amazing facial in a pod, like a cocoon. the manager was so attentive & informative. I loved every moment of this will be back for the laser hair removal another eminence facial.

In one sentence, this place scammed UNLV students. This guy went around campus selling vouchers saying that he’s giving a «chance» to students to try out this spa for $ 40 that’s originally worth $ 400. It felt like a scam but my sister was coming in town to visit me so I decided to try them out.
Well this was the worst place I’ve ever wasted my money and time on. So the facial was suppose to include «skin analysis, custom express facial, hot towel treatment, body vibration, infrared heat therapy, skin recommendation, and complimentary beverage». So from this all I got was water they offered me, a quick facial mask, and LIGHT arm massage. Where is this «body vibration and infrared heat therapy»!!!
I would like to write so much more onto how else they have scammed UNV students but as I was exiting I saw couple of my school students coming in with the same vouchers. The vouchers already paid for… Try to enjoy if you can but at the bottom of it, it was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. And to top it off they hand you an envelope to put in the tip how unprofessional is this place.

Had a massage today and the therapist was very handsome and also very very good at his job! I love to stop by over there and forget about everything! Also had a facial and my skin looks like smooth rubber! So smooth and supple.

10 to Oppulence, 8 for Reception and first impression of facility (still has the «just opened» feeling to me), 10 as recommendation for others to try. Staff knowledge and assistance is far superior to initial presentation. All in all, a pearl in the oyster for our neighborhood! Thank you for upgrading services in GV to those available at high-​end strip casinos (easily comparable to the Canyon Spa at Four Seasons/​Mandalay Bay; less ornate, but on par service-​wise).

What a great Spa I can’t wait to go back I feel renewed and refreshed because a mom with 6 kids need a break and that was a perfect place to go

Massage was decent. Its getting 2 stars because she started 10−15mins late and then finished a few minutes early. I realize i bought through groupon but i could have at least gotten a full 60 minutes out of it. Wont be back.

What an amazing place! I’ve already received 4 out my 6 laser hair removal treatments on my underarms and the results are absolutely amazing! No regrets on this purchase. Also, the receptionist are always cheerful and polite. While you’re waiting, even if it’s only a few minutes, they off water and/​or if you need to use the restroom. Most importantly, Amanda has such a genuinely kind personality. Absolutely love her! None of my treatments have ever been awkward or not up to par. I plan to go to her for any other laser hair removal treatments I plan on getting in the near future.

We came here on the way out of Vegas on a Groupon. The lady behind the counter (I think she is also the owner) Vicky was able to book us the next day which was very kind. My masseuse was very effective, kneading out the soreness and chatting politely while making me feel at ease. I know my husband really liked his massage as well… we had paid for a Swedish massage and let her know before we walked into the massage rooms that this was the massage we were getting. however, when I went to pay, she told me that my husband had checked off «deep tissue» massage so it cost us more. I think I was just surprised that she hadn’t informed him it was more, as she had known what our massages were from the get go. I do like the cleanliness of the spa and the service, but it’s a shame we had to pay more for a massage that we didn’t need in the first place.

Came to Nevada to celebrate my birthday and found this wonderful spa to begin my celebration. David and Jennifer massaged my husband and I and we both throughly enjoyed our relaxing massage. Great and friendly service from everyone. Worth every cent!!!

I bought a Groupon for hubs the location is very nice. He said it was good massage not the best massage as we ordered deep tissue and that wasn’t done. Overall the staff is very friendly and nice.

Came back for my 2^nd micro derm (I bought a 3 package deal on groupon). Had the same wonderful experience with Summer. I also made sure to tip her double because I forgot the first time.
I actually called the same day to move my appt up an hour since I got out of work early. I spoke to Amanda, who was friendly and pleasant and changed my appt with no problem.
I love this place and the great staff! Can’t wait for my 3^rd appt.

Love this place! I’ve been receiving laser hair removal and the effects are fast. My underarms we’re practically done in the second session. And The bikini area is coming along nicely too. I’m also having Microderm and facials with the eminence products. My skin is getting so much better. The next treatment will be micro needling or IPL because I really trust this spa and Summer is fantastic.

Let’s start by saying the receptionist Amanda is amaze balls. She’s very funny, open, and energetic. She definitely gets you amped and ready for your massage. She easy going with an oust among personality, and she honored our groupon price with having to buy online.
Next the Ora and décor is very nice with nice pictures of flowers, very comfortable lounge chairs, and amazing selection of products to buy, which by the way are not forced on you to buy.
My massage therapist was Jennifer she was so sweet, she made sure to assure I was comfortable at all times and made me walk out feeling like a million bucks.
My mom had Darryl which by the way we heard some great things about him from previous customer coming out from a massage. As walking out my mom told him you defiantly lived up to your expectations he just laughed.
Overall I would defiantly suggest this place for a girls day, or just if your visiting and looking for great service, and good vibe.

Maybe my expectations for my first massage were too high, but it was definitely an underwhelming experience. I paid 20 for an upgrade to 90 min and 10 for a sugar scrub. I got there at 1 and filled out paperwork then went to the restroom. Then I went to the room. The massage ended at 220… definitely a mediocre experience, I don’t think I’ll go back. Or I will just do without the upgrades.

Great spa! The prices are very reasonable. The front desk staff is very friendly and inviting, as well as the management. The therapists and estheticians are all licensed and you can tell they have a lot of experience in their fields. They offer laser treatments which is so much better than constantly waxing. The décor is beautiful and very cozy!!! They carry products that I haven’t seen since I’ve been in a high end spa, Eminence!!! I was very impressed! I definitely love coming here and relaxing after a hard week. I’m bringing my friend with me next time! 5 stars for sure!!!

They have a special going so I went by to have a massage and facial. Joseph the masseuse was nice and cute and really great at his job. I have a shoulder with a rotator cuff injury and he handled it really well. The facial lady was friendly although for me too chatty. There was this pod like thing I laid in while getting the facial. It keeps you warm — which I need because I always get cold lying for facials and massages.
I liked this place and it had nice receptionist, and they are running specials now since they just opened.

WOW! I just had the most amazing massage and facial — EVER! For my facial, they have this really cool machine like a cocoon you lay in with your head out. It’s heated and vibrates all while you are getting your facial! However, if you prefer the regular facial, they have those rooms too. However, please give this cocoon facial a try, it’s amazing and unique!
The ambiance of Opulence Spa is truly inviting! All of their team are very friendly and helpful. They use some great products for all skin types.
Every time I’m in the Vegas area, you can bet I will have a «spa» day at Opulence Spa while in town!

I had the pleasure of experiencing a really nice spa day here at Opulence. It’s located across from one of my faves… Buddha Belly Deli. I didn’t really trust the previously posted reviews as they were all 0 – 1 friend/​review ratios.
The establishment was very clean and booking was easy. I got an immediate email response from Vicki. There was a little bit of confusion when I checked in as they’re new and still getting used to the system. I would say this place is comparable to any of the nice 1 hour massage places in the area. They are brand new and still getting some things organized and set up.
I enjoyed a 50 minute massage with Rosie today and boy did she work out all the kinks in my shoulders. I was very relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The warming massage table was nice and sheets felt soft. I like soft sheets.
Right after my massage, I went into the facial room. The big sci-​fi POD took up most of the room and was slightly intimidating looking. I got over my hesitation, plopped myself into the pod and waited for my aestitician Krystal to come back in. The pod vibrates and not sure what else it does as there was also an «infrared setting» on it. I didn’t really care for the vibration or the hard seat of the pod and felt it sort of negated the relaxing massage effects. The facial itself was nice and soothing and lasted about 40 minutes. I think I would have preferred getting my facial in a more comfortable chair, so hopefully next time they will offer that option.
It was a nice way to spend a day getting pampered.

I overheard a gal in my gym talking about a new spa opening off Valle Verde that offered laser services. I decided to drop in to check it out because it seemed like they were running some pretty good specials. I found the location to be very convenient just off 215 in the Kohl’s shopping center. But when I walked in I was very confused. The gal at the front desk was checking in clients, there was boxes and baskets of stuff everywhere. The front counter was so cluttered I couldn’t tell if they were open for business or what. There was a man on a ladder working on electrical equipment in the middle of everyone. All of the staff looked tired, confused and honestly… dirty.
To me it looked as if they were still under construction so I made my way back to the restroom and this is what sealed the deal… there was no hand soap or even a paper towel to dry my hands. I got a glimpse of one of the areas where treatments are done and there was a bed loaded down with linens, a machine to warm towels sitting on the floor with water leaking out of it… and dirty towels laying all over the floor
I left out as quietly as I entered without one member of the staff acknowledging that I was there
Save your money & time because this place is a joke!!! I would not even give one star…
