Don’t go here on a Friday nite and for sure don’t call in an order. I know Friday nite is. Busy nite so a restaurant should get ready. If you know what a cluster f— is them u know what this place is. They made me wait an hour after I called in my order and then the order was wrong so hell I just took it cause I got tired of waiting. I went there in such a good mood and left totally pissed off.

We placed a large order on Thursday to be picked up on the next Sunday evening. They called and confirmed the order with me. We got to Pizza Hut and they had given our 15 large pizzas away. The manger tried to say we had already picked the order up, which we hadn’t. They tried telling us that they never got our order even though they had called and confirmed the order. The manger’s response when confronted with the problem was that they were doing the best they could and we would have to wait an additional hour for our order. If this is their best they need a change over in employees and managers. Someone that can stay on top of orders and make sure they get to the right people. We will never use the Pizza Hut in Henderson Texas again. We will use the Domino’s across the street from now on.
