Kylie was awesome! A lot of people have trouble drawing my blood but she was amazing. She put a warm packet on my arm first and found the vein immediately. She was very professional, but also personable and fun to talk to. I had 15 vials drawn and she made it a pleasant experience.

Definitely make an appointment before going. I was forced to go here last minute for some bloodwork and was unable to schedule an appointment — what a pain in the butt! I work graveyard and was happy to see that this location opens at 7am. I was VERY surprised to walk in at that time and see a full waiting room. There was literally nowhere to sit. I was there almost an hour before I was called up to the counter for registration. Then I had to wait a bit longer to see someone.
This is a small place and parking is tight. There is definitely not enough room in the waiting room — an elderly, obese woman with a mustache and food stains on her shirt basically sat on my lap while I waited. She fell asleep and kept nudging me while she snored. It wasn’t comfortable, to say the least. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
Also: it makes me mad that they don’t just take my copay up front. I always end up getting bills from them later on. It would be easier if I could just pay while I was there instead of getting mail.
The staff seems to hate their jobs and I could hear them discussing private information with patients, which is a big no-​no.

There extremely slow, and it’s cold bring a jacket! Make an appointment if you can.
