RMZ Pool Maintenance

Seems professional on first contact but… on the first visit he came to the house without an appointment or any schedule and shouted cursing because the gate was locked. Very disrupting and offensive to my disabled wife. Later, he decided to stop at 6 in the morning and cut the lock from our gate. While we were in the process of moving from that house, this «forced entry» into my yard could have ended very badly for him.
Turns out he is very unprofessional. When called to confront about his poor behavior in front of my wife and forcing entry into my yard, he simply hangs up. In a town where pool services are a dime a dozen, people in this business need to be a bit more concerned about their customer service.
I would NOT recommend RMZ to anyone, rather I would issue a warning that everyone should completely avoid this company and look elsewhere for your services.
