My husband and I went for their buffet and when we go to a buffet its not that often but, I expect variety because otherwise what’s the point? We paid $ 45 dollars for two adult buffets and two children buffets which seemed to be sort of high for what they offered. The mac n’ cheese was stale, the fish was dry, the veggies for the salad bar were skimpy and honestly I don’t see how its still opened the place was dead on a Saturday night.

Haven’t been to one of these in 20 years, literally. The ones in DFW, Tx closed down a long time ago, so going here was a trip down memory lane. They are exactly how I remember, which, is a good and/or bad thing, depending on how you look at it. The décor on the inside is dated, but the food and service is still good. We had the breakfast buffets(you can’t go wrong with that).

Service is great — real«down home» folks with friendly smiles. Food is just okay and the restaurant is in desperate need of a facelift. Its dingy, dark and run down. The upside is that there isnt much else around, so we were happy to have found a «sit down» restaurant. If you’re looking for a quick bite, and aren’t picky then you’ll be satisfied here. Otherwise, prepare to hop in the car and cross the river to Evansville, IN.
