My wife and I have been burning through Realtors lately, we are really picky on the home and area that we want to live in and wanted a good realtor that was not just trying to sell us a house but someone that would help us find the perfect home! We found the Simmons team here on Unilocal and they are exactly what were looking for. They have gone above and beyond what our last flake of a realtor had done.
Like I said were very picky people. Dianne took us around for 3 days showing us all kinds of homes and was very upfront about her opinion on some properties and the locations they were in.
Long story short she showed us over 20 homes throughout the valley and we finally found the perfect home

Diane Simmons and her Son Justin Simmons simply put amazing agents and now friends. I am an investor from california was looking for an agent I can build a lasting business relationship and I cam across Dianne and her team. I have so far purchased 2 properties with them, both individuals simply put are amazing knowledgeable human beings. I am so thankful to have met them and will definitely do business with them. I bought my first home at a young age. The market was constantly changing and I didn’t really understand any of it! Simmons Team Vegas was so patient and understanding, they explained the entire home buying process every step of the way. Simmons Team Vegas gave me excellent advise on when to buy, now I am a homeowner and all of my friends are jealous!

Simmons Team Vegas helped us through a very difficult short sale purchase. The listing agent was not very cooperative or knowledgeable on how to negotiate a short sale. We almost lost the house. Without Dianne’s involvement and expertise we probably would not have closed the deal. The best part is Dianne & Justin just informed us that our house has increased in value since we became homeowners!

I have worked with the Simmons Team on a professional level for a number of years and have always enjoyed my relationship that I have with Dianne and Justin Simmons. I have always heard really good reviews from their clients so when it came time for me to short sell my house, it was an easy decision to choose them to represent me. There were a number of tricky elements to this transaction that required a highly skilled professional to navigate the waters and negotiate the terms for my best benefit. They did a fantastic job working with both the 1st and 2nd mortgage lenders and helping them to understand why it would be beneficial to them to get the deal done as proposed and in the end, the deal was closed far above and beyond my satisfaction. I would strongly recommend using the Simmons Team to represent you either in a short sale or if you are looking to buy a home — you will be very happy with your choice.
