I am not so sure that the 2 reviews I see for this location are for the right place… unless these are the people that the employees stand and talk to instead of helping others. I actually wrote the corporate Starbucks contact about this store. It is that bad. I do know that they give a lot of free stuff away, I have had several people I know that frequent there brag about it. This may be why they return because the service is just horrible. You wait in line as someone does dishes. They don’t turn around and offer a quick ‘hello’ or ‘just a moment’… nothing. There was a line when they turned around to start the dishes, it didn’t disappear. Well, actually I have seen people walk away due to waiting so long. Maybe 30−40% of the time, they are out of something, the espresso machine isn’t working or something of that nature. I have not been back since I wrote the corporate office, maybe it has changed… good luck if you stop by to find out!

FRIENDLIEST staff ever! If this was a corporate store Starbucks would be using it as a model for in-​store structure. Clean, always fast, orders double checked and no attitudes. After every order disoatched…“thank you for chosing Starbucks!” One of the best in Henderson!

This location of Starbucks is inside of Smiths. It’s just inside of the doors to the left which is very convenient.
It is always an easy decision to stop and grab a latte. It makes it easier when I have a birthday reward on my card and it’s free. The service here has always been quick for me. The ladies are pleasant and friendly. Using a birthday reward the lady was sure to tell me Happy Birthday which was thoughtful.
The pastry/​dessert case is smaller than other stores but they still stock them with goodies.
I’m sure I’ll be back when picking up some groceries. Like I said, it’s just very convenient! Thanks a latte!
