Great atmosphere– tables are outside on the lake. A must to sit during the summer evenings while listening to Jazz. The service I thought was poor. We entered the restaurant and waited for someone to greet us. We finally made our way outside and figured we sit ourselves. 10 minutes past with no greet. The manager then saw us. Rather than greeting us, he took his time talking to another guest. When we finally got to talk to him, he was sarcastic — and said, «there’s no open seating» Wow., I can’t believe that was his greeting! The waiter then came another 10 minutes later to take our drink order. When he dropped my drink, he forgot all about my husbands drink. We ordered a salad, and tapas which took another 20 minutes to come. We had the pork belly it was 1st undercooked and sent it back. The second time it came back, it was tough. The other tapas was great. The ribs was tasty, a little over cooked. The salad was great. But then again, who would get a salad wrong? For a restaurant that needs every customer in order to stay running, their customer service, and sense of urgency needs improvement. By the way, the Manager, although, we made eye contact with him throughout the evening, he never smiled or made an effort to checked in with us. I will never eat there again…
