Unlike other hair salons nearby, the salon chairs here @ Supercuts do not fall apart! They are actually quite comfortable.
I’ve been here a couple times and the 1^st time I was greeted by a friendly stylist named Wendy. She stated she was ready to go to lunch, yet she postponed her lunch break to cut my hair. That is a great work ethic! In fact, this act of kindness inspired me to bring my son here for a haircut two weeks ago.
Needless to say, Wendy is the stylist we ask for when wanting a decent basic haircut at a fair price. She is friendly, listens well, maintains a sanitary station area, and is appreciative of tips. She is also very knowledgeable about the products this Eastern Avenue shop has for sale.
TIP: When getting a hair service, the customer can buy 1 product at full price and get the 2^nd product at 50% off. Excellent savings opportunity!

Almost 2 years ago I walked into super cuts at that time for me I was just looking for somewhere to get a halfway decent haircut for me a halfway decent haircut was a win as I visited many different places over the years and if the cut was close to what I wanted that was a win.(that was not very often) I would always have to wait for it to grow out to be happy with my cut. when I visited that day I feel I was very fortunate to get Stacy she asked me how I would like my hair cut I told her how I would like it cut and for me I thought here we go again, hopefully I get lucky. when I got home I got my hair wet blew it dry Im not a conceded person lol but I was to say the least very very happy with how it came out it looked great ! I thought to myself I got very lucky. well time passed and it was time to get it cut again so I was hoping luck would strike twice so I made appointment with Stacy she remembered me made me feel at ease due to it might be possible to get the same cut. and to my astonishment it was, and the next, and the next, and the next same result for me this was like hitting the hair cut lottery lol. now I am feeling very confident about Stacy. As I am older gentleman My hair has been gray for years I have a full set of hair but its always been gray I just accepted it as part of life. during one of my appointments. I mentioned this to Stacy she had mentioned to me during one of my first appointments she could get rid of the gray but at that time I was still very timid about well to put it bluntly stylist however now my confidence with Stacy had grown by leaps and bounds. and all the products she recommended for me to buy to help my hair had all worked ! So I went for it WOW is all I could say. about 3 months later my co worker told me I had a gray hair coming in the back your getting old was the joke he made and for me I thought 2 things if you only knew it was all gray before lol and its time to go see Stacy As I am in sales appearance is very important as well as the confidence I have not having to worry about my hair .I have never written this long of a review before and could go on and on about Stacy I recommend everyone I know to her. I know the haircuts you advertise are 15.00 and I never spend less then 30.00 and up to 80.00 in there and I always feel when I walk out I got the better end of the deal this is a rare occurrence I hope you acknowledge what a special, funny, awesome stylist you have I will also be putting this review on Unilocal as well

Forgive the brevity, I am typing this on my phone as I wait. I checked in with the website and it directed me go come to the salon at 10am. I got there at 9:50 and the girl told me that someone else called before me and will be in front of me in line and she didn’t know why I was allowed to check in at that time. Then she said that another girl was supposed to come in at 10, but not to count on it because she never comes in on time. Then after that she said that she doesn’t know when she will be able to see me. I waited 20 minutes than left — still not served.

When I got my hair cut here around a year ago, they did an awesome job. I cut off about 12 inches and for me being emotionally attached to my hair, that was a huge deal. The lady who cut my hair (I cannot remember her name) did an awesome job and made it an easy process! Because I had such a good experience, I recommended my older brother go to the shop, and I tagged along with him. We waited over an hour for his hair cut, and the lady messed up his hair (he said her name was Sara) by not cutting enough off. No, not that big of a deal, so the next day he went back and asked her to fix it, which she did free of charge. BUT when he got home from the second hair cut, I have never seen his hair so messed up. Apparently the shop was really busy and only this Sara girl was working. It looks like she didn’t even take her time on his hair, and now he’s been pushed to the point of possibly shaving off all his hair if an actual barber shop cannot fix it. He is too nice of a person to write an unhappy review, so I volunteered to do it for him considering his hair has never been to poorly cut before.

Two of us checked in and were told 15 – 19 minutes wait time. We patiently waited for 33 minutes and asked how much longer it would be. The stylist told us that it would be an another 20 minutes. Had we been told that it would have been an nearly an hour wait, we would have just left. That’s 33 minutes I can’t get back.

Went to see Emily, took her pictures of how I wanted my hair cut and she nailed it. Went back for foils the next day and she nailed those too! She really takes her time and is very skilled. Used the razor, gave me some great texture! Thank You Emily — Carmen

Used the mobile app to set appointment and when I arrived I was greeted by Wendy, she took me right to my seat, their was no wait time whatsoever, she did an amazing job on my hair looks great and I will definitely be going back to see Wendy again the next time I need my haircut

I made an appointment online and was called back right away when I arrived. I was a little nervous because I was getting a substantial amount of length taken off. Wendy was my stylist and did an excellent job! She made sure to explain everything before she did it. She took the time to stop throughout and ask how I wanted everything done. The customer service was outstanding! I would recommend this location to anyone!

Right when I showed up the staff remembered me from my last visit (two months ago) and were very friendly. It was very busy, the was a 20 min wait. They scheduled me an appointment for 30 min later, that way I could leave and come back.
Upon returning, I got right in with Wendy. Great small talk and cheerful. I came in knowing what I wanted and Wendy did it perfect. I’m normally not happy with how my hair looks right after a cut but this time I was very pleased with how it turned out. It only took 15 min and cost $ 15.

Don’t go! Left with a bloody ear and cut on the other side of my head. Ive gone 2 times and both times was told they were too busy to add me to their system and it would be 45 mins. Both times only one other peron there, too lazy and not the brightest group working there.

I came across this location by accident, but I’m glad I found it. I’m always hesitant when it comes to the first time I have my haircut, but Emily put me at ease when I sat down. We made casual conversation and she knew what she was doing. I had given her a picture to go by since my sides are what always gets messed up. She did it perfectly that time, so I have gone back numerous times now. All the staff are friendly and go above and beyond. I highly recommend this location whether you want something standard or avant garde, they can do it.

I just left here disappointed in their customer service, or lack thereof. I walked in the door and all 3 stylist were with clients. No problem. I sat down to wait. Within minutes one of the stylists was done. She smiled at me and said hi but that was it. Another stylist walked in off her break I presumed. I watched her get her station ready. Then both stylist just wondered around the room chatting to each other. I was never helped. Never asked if i needed anything. After waiting for 15 minutes i got up and left. No one even noticed.

Expecting the worst but hoping just maybe someone will get the hairstyle I want right! There’s nothing more frustrating then going in with expectations but leaving a hair salon damned.
I’ve been to this place a couple of times before but never made it my regular salon. Last year, I received a haircut that I exactly wanted and unfortunately she doesn’t work there anymore and it’s been a pain looking for a great hair stylist. Every hairstylist I’ve went to just didn’t quite get it right.
I finally went to this location again hoping ill finally find someone to get it just right and thank goodness for Kasey :)
Honestly, she knew what she was doing with my hair and exactly how I wanted it and even showed me what a poor job the last stylist did with my layering! I wanted a lot of texture, layers, volume, and she did all that and even got my bangs right. I will be going to her from now on :)

Okay, who writes a review on a mundane chain of hair cutting places? With Unilocal,you’re supposed to share your unique finds, those places that don’t necessarily have a national ad campaign budget, right? Well, Greg and Bob at this Supercuts location can cut a flat top pretty well, better than other places I’ve been to and not come out looking like a rounded poof ball for hair, or the hairstylist trying to hide their wincing when they mess up and then take an extra 10 minutes «fixing «it. Hello, there’s a huge mirror in front of me so I can see that look on your face! =-)
I prefer a 0 guide faded on the sides, high and tight to the crown, square back, side burns off and Bob and Greg don’t have to use that giant «flat topper» comb that most use but still don’t get it right. They just use the previously cut hair as a guide with a fine black comb and a keen eye. Yes, I get excited when I find a place that can do a flat top that’s not on a military base. So, yes, I guess even though it’s Supercuts, the talent of these two guys to get a flat top right is worth sharing.

Supercuts is where you go when you need a quick cheap haircut. Lately I have been visiting them more often because they are cheap and I can usually get in as a walk-​in with no problem.
Remember you do get what you pay for though.
