Supercuts

Experienced poor customer service today. My wife took my 2yr old son in for a hair cut. We’ve had my sons hair cut their twice before without issue. Both of those experiences were great and the stylists were very patient with my son’s fear of hair cuts. Today however, as my wife was sitting down in the chair with my son, a woman (Erika) said that the stylist could not cut my son’s hair and that we were a liability and refused service. She did not introduce herself, no position or title given or say anything else. We only found out her name after we called back to complain. We left our phone number for Erika to call us back since she was with a client and she did not return our call. We understand that due to our son’s fear that he is not the easiest to cut, but she could have used much better customer service and not embarrass my wife. Due to Erika treating us so poorly, they lost four customers. Anyone with young children, please go somewhere else! This does sadden us because the people who have cut his hair and our family’s hair prior, Max and Shelby, were so patient with him and did a wonderful job.

Very bad experience today. Checked in and 2 people came in after me. Girl called Joe and I went up and sat in chair then was told wrong Joe. Then I watched the 2 people that came in after me go before me. I was told it’d be 30 minutes and was over an hour. Plus the music was very loud inside.

Tonia did a great job. I love my cut and color. The store was clean and the staff was friendly

Went in to Supercuts today, a wonderful lady named Tonia cut my hair. Very nice, professional, in and out very quick and will be back for sure! I think I have found my new place! Thank you Tonia!

Went looking for a salon closer to home and found Supercuts. I met Erika, told her what I wanted and she did awesome giving exactly what I asked for! Happy with my cute cut! The place is fairly new, so it’s nice and clean. The staff is awesome!

Went here when I move over to this side of town and found Max, and will always make sure to get him whenever I go. Really good cut, really quick, good guy. Using the supercuts app you can see if he is working or not.
