Clean beds, friendly staff. HOWEVER…
Was told upon signing up for a month-​to-​month contract I would have to pay for at least two months or would be subject to a $ 200 – 300 early termination fee. Whatever. I was also told that they needed 20 days notice before canceling, or I would be billed for an additional months. I went to the location to cancel after my two months were up (don’t like fake tanning and didn’t ever use it) and was given a business card with an email address to which I must request my cancellation. A bit of a hassle but I went straight home and sent the email (at this point I had given 23 days notice). I did not receive any response so after three days had passed, I emailed again. I did not hear from anyone for a total of 10 days, so I called their main customer «care» line. There I was informed I was supposed to give 30 days written notice, not 20. They did not apologize for having ignored both emails nor did they apologize for the false information I was given upon signing up. Thankfully they waived the next months’ fee because I complained.
Overall, you want to sign up at one of these places, I recommend you doing so with the manager on duty. The girls on staff seem a little… confused.

I have tanned at the tan factory for quite awhile now an they have always had amazing deals. Especially for people like me who don’t want a month to month contract an want to buy tans that never expire an you can use when you want. Like the buy 5 get 5 free ones or more. I recently went to tan an buy more an found out they no longer offer options like that. That there are only month to month plans. Which for me is pointless as I don’t tan everyday during a month an go sometimes months without tanning. So for people like me this is an inconvenience an to others im sure. i love the beds but not sure if i will continue to go there once my tan sessions are done as my friends feel the same way. I also learned they no longer supply the eyewear you have to buy it or bring your own. Luckily I had my own.

Tan Factory on College and Horizon is still here just to clear any confusion. Albertson’s shopping Center right next to Panda Express two minutes away from CSN Henderson Campus which is extremely convienent for tanning in between classes. :)
hours are from 9:00 a.m. –10 p.m. 7 days a week.
