I’ve been a tenant for over 3 years, love the location & very healthy atmosphere! Since Kristyne had been a part of the property she has been very assertive to our business needs! She had space from short term to long term space! Always there to greet you with a smile. It’s been the easiest process out of all our moves over the years. Clean & secure property & very reasonable all around. It’s been a pleasure & looking forward to many more years here

I would recommend this space to anyone looking for quality office space at a reasonable price. One of my client’s is in here as well. In her words, «It’s very zen here». They have a huge waterfall in the middle of the building, with palm trees and plants surrounding it. The bathrooms are immaculate! They have both covered and non-covered parking to choose from. Last but not least, Kristyne is the best property manager I have ever worked with. She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy.
