From the moment Delinda promptly arrived at our first meeting I knew it would be a successful pairing! She was knowledgeable, caring, eager to understand my needs, and exuded confidence without being arrogant or condescending. She set the price of my home fairly, offered simple suggestions, photographed my home favorably, and was always in touch. Her team immediately scheduled and open house upon signing with her, but it wasn’t needed, as I had multiple offers in a matter of days and sold within a week! A friendly professional I’d use again.

These people send me junk e-​mail about houses that are not even in my state. I have tried to get removed from their list and nothing seems to work. I avoid doing business with people who spam people with e-​mail and I think you should to.
