PLEASE BEWARE if you are a working parent! We had an incredibly BAD experience with the 7 Hills office. My husband went in with our daughter. He filled out all the paperwork, and a document allowing my parents to bring her into the office, and make medical decisions on our behalf. My parents also accompanied my daughter to the appointment, so they could take her to school after the appointment. Since my husband had already filled out all of the paperwork, and the designated paper from the office to designate my parents medical permission, he asked the front desk if he could leave, as he needed to go to work. They told him OK. However, 10 – 15 minutes later, my daughter was turned down, unable to be seen without my husband. I am unsure what the purpose of a form giving parents the ability to designate someone in their absence is, if children are then sent away because a PARENT is not there. The experience is summed up with my mother asking for a note for my daughter, who missed part of her school day to be there. The office refused to give my daughter the note, as she was not seen… Well that’s customer service. My daughter in fact missed school waiting in the office to be seen, and was refused even with the written, in person, permission of my husband. I would not waste my time with this office. I am sure that there are kinder, much more reasonable dermatologists here in Henderson. We have never been treated so rudely. I have never written a bad review in my life. I just don’t want other people who have kids (I have 3) to have to endure such horrible treatment.

I went in as a first time patient today and the office was really nice. Receptionists were great. My PAC was Vanessa she is awesome! I got a prescription for acne and has an ingrown hair treated, no pain at all! My appointment was at 1:30 and I was out by 2:15. I’ll be coming here from now on, thanks again!

I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance. I confirmed the next week the day and time. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I wasn’t in the system. The reception looked twice, never once said sorry can we reschedule you? This place is a waste of time.

First time ever seeing a dermatologist. Friend recommended this office. I saw Christine Crovetti PA-​C for cystic acne & dark spots.
Not a long wait in the lobby or room. Front desk staff nice & helpful. Paperwork wasn’t much.
Scribe came in first to obtain an extensive history, then the PA came in. She was nice, very to the point. I didn’t feel rushed to end the appointment. I certainly didn’t get the impression the PA was in a rush to leave. She answered all my questions & addressed all of my concerns.
The injection I received didn’t hurt & worked miracles within hours. The regimen & meds I was prescribed seems to be working too. Better then expected.
3 stars because they overcharged my co-​pay and almost a month later they’ve not refunded me. They also need to do a better job of knowing what their contract with my health plan covers. They charged me for a procedure they said my health plan didn’t cover… it was covered (hence the refund I am owed).
They also have their own pharmacy & can get meds filled & covered quickly with your insurance — much quicker than Walgreens. (Fortunately my health plan covers all meds so I wasn’t inconvenienced.)
