A few days ago, my boyfriend and I decided to stop by at UBREAKIFIX to see who can help fix my bent iPhone. We were greeted and helped by Raymond. Raymond is great at being straight to the point on the diagnosis of my bent iPhone. We waited for a few minutes for him to work his magic to unbending my iPhone. When he got back, he showed that my
iPhone isn’t bent anymore! He gave me and my bf a couple of tips and tricks in what he do to fix it. I was really shocked that it was fixed in just 5−10mins! I’m very satisfied with my service with Raymond! I will visit again regarding with my other devices that needs to be fixed! :)

This place is great! Went in to get my husband’s charging port fixed on his iPhone and was in and out in five minutes no joke! Great service and friendly staff :)

After Verizon wanted to take 700 $ from me these guys worked on cleaning my i-​phone for about 30 min after which phone is charging beautifully and they refused to be payed for it.

Raymond provided OUTSTANDING customer serve! He fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes and provided all the necessary information and options for me to make an informed decision. There was no convincing or up-​selling. I am happy to know about the services offered and will definitely use uBreakiFix for any future repair needs.

Even for oddball repairs (where they had to order the necessary parts), they are simply terrific — and nobody has said anything about my bringing in the same iPad for screen replacement three times, LOL

After giving my 2006 MacBookPro a hefty drink of ginger Kombucha, panic set in. We took my baby to uBreakiFix on Stephanie Street here in Henderson. Raymond greeted us and we explained the situation. After some discussion and an examination, he suggested the computer itself was okay and rather than fix the keyboard, we replace it with a (external) Bluetooth version. That was a relief because it would be less expensive than repairing or replacing the computer itself.
We found Raymond extremely helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and an all round great guy! He loves his job and it shows. He spent quite a bit of time with us and didn’t charge us a thing; how amazing was that?! We will continue to turn to Raymond at uBreakiFix on Stephanie Street in Henderson, NV for all our computer, phone repairs and more. Thanks again Raymond, you’re the best!

Chantel fixed our iPhone 5!!! It wasn’t charging anymore but that was the only thing wrong with it. She examined the phone right away and told us it was infact a failed dock connector. She fixed it on the spot with new parts! We were so impressed! I would recommend this store. 5 stars.

I dropped my phone on a pile of rocks and panicked because my screen was shattered. I called and talked to Raymond, who told I could come in right then and get it fixed, I was quoted at $ 199.
Raymond was very helpful and nice, and we realized my screen protector was shattered and not the phone!
I bought another screen protector here and they said they would help me put it on my phone. I will definitely be coming back to have them fix my MacBook. If anything electronic goes wrong, this is a great place to go.

These guys are the best! Not only did I get back 2 iPhones in perfect condition (one had Stromboli grease damage — long story), they gave us some great advice on battery life and general phone health. Even helped me out with some SIM problems. I HIGHLY recommend these guys — I send everyone their way!

I took my iPhone 6 here & it came out horrible. The whole corner was coming off & I took it back to get it refixed. The gentlemen was very unprofessional & even the second time it ruined my phone. I paid almost 150 to just have my phone be completely useless. I had to just go get another one. I would not recommend this place.

I took in my daughters iPhone6 to get the screen replaced. The prices are great and the service was super fast! It took less than 30 minutes to get the screen replaced!

So I’ve given U Break I Fix A LOT of business since they’ve been open. But after our last experience, we probably won’t be back…
I brought in my iPhone 6 in December 2015. The very day I’d spilled some coffee on it. It got extremely hot & turned off. So I rushed it over to U Break I Fix stat! But the gentleman behind the counter @ U Break I Fix said there was nothing that could be done. So we took the SIM card out of the damaged phone and put it into another 6 that we had & left the store.
Everything seemed to have transferred to the new phone. Pictures, contacts, apps. It wasn’t until a few wks later I noticed that some old «voice memos» I’d had on the damaged phone didn’t transfer. I was crushed! But blamed myself for not backing the phone up better…
Then 2 weeks ago (we’re now into March 2016) my Dad breaks his old iPhone 4. & where do I bring my dinosaur of an iPhone? To U Break I Fix, of course. Like always. But while I was on Unilocal… I see all these reviews about how U Break I Fix repaired so & so’s liquid damaged phone & etc?!? So I ask the manager Grant… and he explained that Yes… they do have this ability!!! And sometimes they get great results?!? So I brought back in the damaged iPhone 6… after it sat in a desk drawer for 3 months… and they worked on it all weekend, to no avail.
I repeatedly asked when did this new fix for water damage start? Because in December the employee I spoke to said there was no hope? But 3 months later you can repair water damaged equip? But I never got a definitive /​straight answer. One guy said he was brand new. & the manager said something along the lines of «everyone has different levels of training»? I just wish I’d had their top guy in December! I’m mostly mad at myself. For 2 reasons. 1. Not backing up important memories correctly 2. Just taking U Break I Fix’s word for the repair. Clearly they aren’t the only game in town. Definitely should’ve gotten a 2^nd opinion. I just feel like as a loyal, repeat customer… I shouldn’t have had to find out the way I did… through Unilocal… that I didn’t get the correct service that day back in December. Just makes the loss of those recordings worse. Wondering IF I had been given the correct info that day… maybe my recordings would still be viable. Note to all: back up your stuff!

I just brought my iphone 6 here to have my cracked screen replaced. The gentleman that helped was extremely friendly and helpful. He took care of me and I was out the door in 5 minutes with a brand new screen and what looks like a brand new phone!

I came here to replace my iPhone 6s screen when it cracked. I was told that it’s a new phone and that many places aren’t replacing the screen but I still obliged. A week later my screen is having glitches so I go back. After my second replacement my screen is still having glitches. Extremely annoying after I paid over $ 300. I would not recommend their services because my phone screen still doesn’t work. Employees are nice though!
Also I purchased a screen protector and it is now bubbling off and peeling.
Frustrated since I’m a college student who wasted over $ 300 on a screen that still glitches.
Be weary!

I recently broke the screen on my kindle hdx and the glass shattered but it still worked. So the first thing I do is look up how much a replacement screen would cost. I pulled a few up ranging from 30 dollars to 120 dollars. I was just figuring out how much I would be paying if I took it to a repair shop. I find this place ubreak I fix.
I take the kindle in and explain to the guy that the glass is broken as you can see and I would like to get it fixed. The first words out of his mouth was «these things aren’t worth the repair». I just kinda looked at him and was like really. It was a 64gb and was over 300 dollars and your telling me it’s not worth the repair. I agree with a previous reviewer… their customer service skills need some work.
He proceeds to tell me they would have to order the glass and it would take two weeks to get in. The price to fix it would have been 219 dollars for a broken glass. I guess he wanted to make sure that I didn’t get it fixed. I didn’t even get the guy’s name because there was no name tag in his shirt.
My solution is to buy a broken hdx off ebay And watch a video and fix it myself. I wish I had read the reviews before I came here to be honest.
I also have a broker iPod classic that won’t download when it’s connected to my apple computer. i explained the problem to him and he says it’s a software problem and they don’t do that. I explained to him that it wasn’t the software and I could here the hard drive clicking in the iPod. He says in that case it would be 300 dollars to fix it. Unbelievable… I can take it to apple and get it repaired for 100 dollars and some change. My curiosity was definitely killed.
