This company is as bad as they come. I would never do business again with the bunch of crooks that run this company. They falsely advertise the quality of their products. They sell defective and damaged products of very inferior quality. Their prices are not cheap but their products are. Their staff is rude and unprofessional. You’ll get a better quality product from Walmart. Whenever you call customer service they hang up the phone call before saying hello. Liars, cheats and thieves. Despicable company and employees.

Ordered $ 4.000.00 worth of living room furniture which was delivered after a 3 month wait… but the couch was missing one of its legs! Customer service encouraged me to accept the order and they promised to find the leg and get back to me within 48 hours about when it would be shipped. A week later, I called because I had not heard from them. According to the representative, the leg has been ordered and shipped to me in another two months!
Advice: If you order from this company, don’t accept anything but a complete and perfect order, otherwise, refuse the whole thing. Maybe that will help to motivate them.

OBSESSED with this place! Great stuff at nice prices. Wide variety to choose from and the staff working there is helpful and friendly. I bought the stainless steel top kitchen table and I get a ton of compliments on it :)

I absolutely love West Elm! I could browse this store for hours on end, everything in it is just that pretty. Yes, a bit pricey… but let’s face it, you get what you pay for and here it’s style & quality. From furniture to duvet covers, and everything in between; they’ve got it all!
Now, in addition to the store in itself being awesome… they are also hosting pop-​up shops featuring local artists. How cool is that?! So now, you can get awesome furniture and décor whilst picking up trendy handmade jewelry, rustic signage, lava beads, dream catchers, and much more… all from local artisans!
I’ve always had a thing for this lovely store, and own a few pieces myself. So I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend West Elm to anyone, and now for even more reasons. And, when you do stop in be sure to see Denise… she’s awesome!

If I could give a negative 10 stars I would! This is the worst company I’ve ever seen in my life. When u spend over 5k on one order and pay extra for their «amazing white glove» delivery… Don’t expect it to arrive on time, when they say, or even at all. Nor will u receive a phone call that it’s late. Let me try and sum this up real quick:
Ordered the terrace coffee table and it arrived with a previously opened box, and get this… There was only the two sheets of glass inside. No frame, no hardware. But some how there was trash from other products, a dryer sheet and a hardware box with no hardware inside. What a joke! Turns out i had to personally bring it back into the local west elm bc they mailed me the glass from the store display coffee table and they kept the frame… Then when I got there they tried to give me their piece of crap display that would fall over if u put a cup of coffee on it. Demanded a refund.
Ordered the entry way hook and shelve unit and none of the pre drilled holes lined up with the other holes and I had to drill my own to try and piece it all together.
Ordered the «white glove delivery for the Alexa dresser and the bin pull media console. Had to wait over a month and a half to even get a call to schedule my delivery. Set the date for dec 29. Waited all day at my house and no one called to give me a heads up. When I called them they didn’t know where my furniture was and said I wouldn’t be able to schedule another delivery for two more weeks! After expressing my frustration was able to get a confirmation delivery email for Thursday dec 31 between 9am and 11am. I work late so I only slept for 2 hours and once again waited around all day. I again had to call them bc this was the second no call no show from this terrible company. Still in the process of having someone help me locate my expensive order. Called west elm about 10 times wasted about 4 hrs on hold and even ounce of my patience. Do urself the favor and don’t even think of ordering anything from west elm unless you want to waste days from ur life, spend money and not receive anything or if ur lucky to actually receive ur order I can almost guarantee it will be broken or a piece of crap!

I really love this store & the products they sell but once again luck was not on my side when buying my furniture.
The store itself is big & they have a lot of selection. There is one lady (probably the manager because she is always there) who is always very friendly & makes us feel good every time we visit the store. I always feel happy to be greeted by her.
Recently I bought an entire bedroom set. A queen size bed, a night stand, bookshelf, & media console. It was a fairly quick process & I was happy to upgrade from my Ikea furniture to a classier, mid century modern style. I was happy I found this store because I almost bought furniture from Z Gallerie or Pottery Barn but both weren’t exactly what I was looking for & my general style fashion wise is also mid century so I was really surprised when I came across this place. I’ve always wanted mid century inspired furniture but have never actually bought any because sleeping on some (probably) dead ladies bed from the 50’s does not appeal to me at all.
Anyway, when I figured out what I wanted the nice (possibly manager) lady was helping someone else so I got a hold of someone else. She was friendly enough & quick but one thing that really irked me was that instead of suggesting openly that more then 3 items was an additional delivery fee she kind of reluctantly beat around the bush to give me that information. I would have had respect for West Elm if she was honest & suggested that since I have 4 items I could take the nightstand home that night & save that extra fee. I feel like if I order $ 2700 worth of furniture plus delivery you could try to help me save the extra $ 30 bucks but I got the vibe that she was trying to make the company an extra buck. I am the type of person that gets hooked on a store & is a repeat offender but sneakiness like that kind of makes me think twice about coming back when there are so many other stores around not to mention online services.
Other then that little red flag, I was just excited to have ordered new furniture. But here’s where I get pissed. A few days later my furniture gets delivered by two very nice gentlemen who come to my place first thing & get the job done promptly. I was super pleased that it wasn’t some creepy, rude, beat up bunch of dudes like my former Ikea experience. These dudes were friendly, not creepy, just normal nice dudes. HOWEVER later I open the boxes & my bed is missing ALL of the railing pieces for my bed. I’m sorry but if I pay a couple grand for furniture there shouldn’t be anything missing!!! There is no excuse. I was beyond disappointed. Can’t anything EVER go right when ordering furniture? Seems like the answer to that question is no.
I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of having someone pick it up again & taking it apart again after I cut my finger trying to open the boxes. I’m 5’1 & I assembled all of this with my even smaller mother successfully only to realize that there were missing pieces towards the very end.
I like the products & that one lady is really nice so this review is based on the red flag with the ordering & also the missing pieces. I see myself buying things from this store again but I can’t help but feel disappointed that they didn’t do much better then IKEA. At least Ikea is cheap & I can expect sh-​tty everything but this is higher quality stuff & I definitely expected better from a company that boasts fine quality. I just think that the company should take responsibility for these type of mistakes. I shouldn’t have to check every single thing after the delivery men are gone to see if it is all there. It should all be there period. The warehouse should quadruple check before sending out these shipments if this is going to be an issue. Why am I paying so much money for this stuff? It’s a huge disappointment considering I adore what the store is selling.

Being in a new house has inspired my inner decorative skills and I needed to buy a gift card for a wedding I was attending. I must admit that they have the cutest, most modern home décor I’ve seen. All of their perfect displays look like they could be featured in a home living magazine. But seriously, $ 30 for a small candle?! $ 60+ for a decorative pillow?! I don’t mind spending the $ on the nicer things in life, but that’s just a little insane for me.
The few employees I encountered were busy helping other customers and were very professional. They sounded knowledgable with colors, fabric textures and complimenting items. I purchased my gift card and was out in less that 15 minutes.
I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon, but it was nice to glance at all the fancy shmancy house stuff.

I adore West Elm. As a huge mid-​century modern fan, it’s nice to see current stores keeping this movement alive and beautiful. This store does a wonderful job at showcasing their furniture and making you feel like you can have a beautiful home, (if you just buy their stuff of course). Their sale section is always changing and usually very good deals on barely nicked furniture.
The employees are very helpful and don’t hide from the customers. But they aren’t trying to pressure you into anything. If you say you’re just browsing they leave you to yourself, which I appreciate in a furniture store.
They also offer free design services. You can walk-​in and meet with one of their design specialists and they can help you with color palettes, décor, etc. Of course, you are expected to purchase something… but if you are planning to anyways, free design advise is always a nice perk. They even will come to your home and bring samples for you to look at.
The store is always clean and they are always rearranging the floor (not in a confusing bedding is now over here and kitchen stuff over here kind of way). Just keeping the store new and fresh with different staging and design choices. I love coming here.

I am absolutely obsessed with West Elm! I finally purchased a dining table that I had been eyeing for a while and am so happy with it. It looks absolutely perfect in my dining room.
Giving four stars because my experience was not by any means perfect. My first sales girl went to check on something for me and never came back. Come to find out she moved onto helping someone else while I sat and waited. The next sales girl that approached me and helped finish my purchase was nice enough so I went ahead with my transaction.
The reason this review is four stars and not 3 for average is actually due to the associate that helped me load the table during pick up. I believe her name was Shanella? She was so nice and really took extra time into helping us, for a good 20 minutes, figure out how to squeeze everything into the back of my car and not once looked annoyed or bothered by us. She turned an average experience into a really memorable one. I will definitely return soon!

I love West Elm. Most would think differently because of the prices (and I don’t blame them) but you’re honestly paying for the quality of the products.
I love the varietal when it comes to the accessories. This store is all about quality and the selection that comes along with it is amazing. Their online store offers a lot more items than the store itself so be sure to check them out there or even on Wanelo (smartphone app).
I used to suffice with items from Target since I’m quite the bargain queen but places like West Elm steers you differently since you can tell the difference between the felt (and quality) of their products.
I can’t stress the word enough. Even though you might be dropping big bucks on household items, just remember that you wouldn’t have to replace them as often as you would with cheaper alternatives.

My parents swear that this place is a drug front. Their reasoning — nobody is ever shopping here, at all, whatsoever. I told them that it’s a national company, but they still give it a suspicious eye every time they drive past (which is frequent, seeing as they live in the area.)
In general, every single thing here is laughably overpriced, and of so-​so construction. Many of their pieces are on trend, which unfortunately means that they’ll be out of style in the blink of an eye.
While I’ve been to many a West Elm, I don’t understand the appeal. For the price of luxury branded cookware (ex: Staub) you can get… West Elm’s Z-​list branded kitchenware. Eh… I don’t understand why a person wouldn’t just get the name branded stuff. when the quality is better.
Although I’m not a fan of most of the items they sell, I am a fan of their flatware– but only if you get it in the clearance bin, piece by piece. I don’t know what West Elm’s deal is with their $ 40 – 50 a place setting, but come on, it’s definitely not worth it if you’re paying full price.
Every time I’ve been in here, I’ve felt that the sales team is a bit pretentious and snooty. It’s a tad laughable seeing that this is basically a furniture and linens store. Nothing to look down your nose about.

This is a very large store, but it doesn’t seem to have several designs that are on the website. I know most of the West Elm stores only get certain designs, but for the size of this store I wish they had a little more.
I noticed that they have items on sale online from my email, but it doesn’t always translate to the same price in their store.
Staff is super friendly and very helpful! I’m so thankful Las Vegas has West Elm… I had a mini panic attack when I realized there was no Crate and Barrel.
The is the one of the best places in Vegas to shop for home décor.

If Crate and Barrel, Restoration Hardware and Z Gallerie all had a baby it’s name would be West Elm. Stylish accessories and furniture can be found here but sadly I only got to window shop when I pulled because it opens at 11:(
Windows were really big so got to peak inside-​honestly, the place looked like my dream home. Tons of trendy shades of grey here-​the latest color trend to hit the market… hmm anything to do with the book?
Sofas, lamps, tables, art, everything and anything to decorate your place and update it if you’re stuck in another era. Modern décor and great quality. I frequented the store back home in Scottsdale so I miss having stores like this in Summerlin.
So if you’re in Henderson you must stop by the Green Valley shops and I promise you you will find something fabulous. But bring a thick wallet!

I had no clue what West Elm was until last week. I wanted a get a really ‘poofy’ comforter and Vanessa recommended this place. We showed up right at The District and I thought to myself, «thats a cool building… and it looks kinda expensive.»
…and it was!
But the stuff here is really cool. West Elm looks like place built on nice things for your bed room. Similar to Pottery Barn, and not as modern as CB2. I’d imagine soccer moms hit up this place after Williams & Sonoma. But all of their furniture, and home goods look unique and are pretty high quality.
Looking around at the bedding, I was kinda amused by the $ 100+ pillows, the displays looked great but were made up of hundreds of dollars worth of bedding. The staff was nice, I expected them to be pretentious but the lady helping us was great and found exactly what I was looking for. In the end I got my comforter, it was what I wanted though cost more than I thought. I do believe you get what you pay and West Elm satisfied my quest for the poofy comforter.

After a tireless search for a dinning table like Goldilocks, it was just right, is here and where it was found…
We have a certain style and likes as everyone does and were looking for just the right piece to make our home more of a home. We got lucky and we saw they had a sale on certain things including dinning tables. We looked online and had one in mind and came over to look in person, so glad we did. It turned out the one we thought we wanted had a few things about it we questioned for our future so we looked at our second choice and it was just right. We loved it so much I will be purchasing our chairs here as well. The really nice helpful girl (got our order it was not in stock special ordered) she was so helpful to the point of how to care for our unique table in the future to ease our mind. We also had our eye on a lamp on the floor she answered our questions and pointed us in another direction for our purchase.
When we got the call our table was in (you can have it delivered if you do not have access to a vehicle to pick it up yourself for a nominal fee) we came out and the people that helped us again were so nice! Our lamp will be delivered to our home because it was not in stock so no delivery fee for that one. They loaded it up and we were on our way.
The whole experience after much trouble in looking and finding the right piece and style, this place made it worthwhile. The staff is helpful but not overwhelming and answer questions without pushing. If you look and keep your eye on or get the mailers in your email they do offer quite good sales and discounts often. I will be back!

had to check this place out. i use to work for the company years ago in a call center. Ive been a fan since then. Their style of furniture, and décor. is just me.
it works. Modern, contemporary. I bit out of my price range. but I still like to look.
As we walked thru the store the women who were working, were very helpful! They checked on us every so often. Seeing if we needed anything and were able to answer our questions about table sizing. Also I think its great that you are able to customize it! a bench and chairs…

Im surprised that there aren’t more home furnishing stores around Vegas. Where’s Crate and Barrel, CB2, Jonathan Adler, hell even Ikea? Fortunately there if you look a little harder you’ll find what you seek.
Being new to Vegas the Mr and I were in desperate need of home furnishings for our new place, in comes West Elm. we’ve shopped at West Elm many times in Scottsdale and have had a mixed bag of service though the products were always top notch. This location (located behind the Green Valley location of Cheesecake Factory) has only been amazing when it comes to customer service. All have been helpful and hardworking.
So we bought rugs, lighting and an entertainment center. The entertainment center was delivered with a few chips in the finish but within 1 phone call they picked they picked it up and brought us a new one. Now that’s great customer service!
While our place is getting there it’s going to be a work in progress for quite some time. Im happy that there’s a West Elm here, it really fits our style.

Love this place! Its the perfect mix of modern and pretty. I bought an entire bedroom set from here 4 years ago and its still in amazing condition. They have awesome chandeliers too, that will be my next purchase :) Located in Green Valley its really easy to access. They’re all over California as well. If your in the market for furniture I would highly recommend this place.

Most def NOT Ikea in pricing but, great inspirations for a new house.
Roomate got our tables and chairs and benches here. Got new duvet covers here for $ 40 on sale. Not-​too-​bad.
