Another great visit to Windsor Henderson. I love walking in and being greeted by the staff there’s one girl in particular that always greets me and helps me out with the styles I’m looking for (Adriana) she definitely has a great sense of humor and is always on top of everything at first I thought she was the manager she does a phenomenal job. I’ve bought numerous dresses from Windsor and she’s definitely been the one to help me out she always lets me in on the latest trends. She’s definitely a multi tasker I came in last night and asked for her (always) she was with a customer and managed to help both of out she clocked out and still was running around trying to get both of us what we were looking for. The other girls are definitely helpful as well just very quiet. Clean place always playing good music. I love Windsor I will forever be a customer

Im always being greeted n the associate always puts my clothes in the fitting room without me having to ask. I love the clothes here n since I work in the mall I get an extra 10% off! they have very sexy clothes for the club n cute work outfits! The prices are affordable.

This place is alright. I feel like in recent years, this store has progressively gone downhill. The service is honestly not that great, and the selection in the store is limited.
These are more of company issues, but I feel like they’re still important to mention. The prices are inconsistent and some are outrageous. Some things that you would expect to be less than $ 150 are well over $ 200 and vice versa. The zippers are cheap and get stuck often. The sizes are extremely inconsistent as well. I wear a 5 or 6 at most stores, but I need at least a 7 here. I’ve been disappointed in the styles lately. The shorter dresses for homecoming are WAAAY too short, like barely covering the backside. I feel like one style of dress dominates all other styles. For example, when I went homecoming dress shopping in fall 2013, about 90% of the dresses were one-​strapped or sleeved with the other side sleeveless. The options that were different were limited in sizes and colors.
I would order online, but again, the sizes are inconsistent.

Everytime I shop here I have a good experience. I don’t always leave with something due to limited selection. The website has more and the store gives u an idea.

This store is run by a bunch of teenagers with zero customer service. Everything is non-​refundable and they don’t offer holds. When I spoke to the manager, Esmeralda, about this she rudely told me, «everything is fair game.» They really need to work on their customer service considering 99% of their dresses are overpriced tacky nonsense. Will NOT be returning to this store. Corporate really needs to come in and reevaluate their management at this store because I have never been to a Windsor with such awful customer service.

This is s good store to find trendy pieces for your wardrobe or a prom dress (if your still in high school!) This is the only Windsor in Vegas and the store is small so selection limited. In addition, it can be a bit pricy for the quality (hence the 3 stars.) I tend to end up online shopping with them because of the small selection in this store.
