I dont think I can find good words to say how great I think this place is. My two older kids have been learning Karate here for almost three years now and the change it has made in them is remarkable. My 8 year old is a Kohai (black belt candidate) and my 7 year old is a brown belt. Both of them have gained self-​confidence, self-​discipline, athletic strength and of course, self-​defense skills.
The instructors here, from Mr Hunter to Mr Greene to Mr Glazer are all wonderful. The balance discipline with enthusiasm and knowledge. They push the kids hard in a way thats both reassuring and fun and my kids love to learn from them, Mr Deaton comes to each graduation and reinforces the ideals of training over time and the results that come from it.
There are lots of choices for Karate in town, but I would think it would be hard to find a place as superb in every way as David Deaton Karate Studio.
