My favorite orchard in Hendersonville. They have every variety of apple you can think of. You can purchase any amount from a couple to half pecks, full pecks up to bushels. They have fresh baked pies, fritters, breads, cookies and so much more. Of course fresh apple cider, and cider slushies. Also jams, jellies, t-shirts and hats. We visited on Labor Day weekend and they were absolutely mobbed. Its not only an orchard but they have activities for the kids, a corn maze, a small petting area with goats and pigs. Closer to October they will have a great pumpkin patch.

Pick your apples, or select apples from crates, or just pick them up pre-bagged. If you want Hendersonville apples, this is a great place to get them! They have other apple related products available as well such as apple cider, cider slushies, pumpkins, apple pastries and more. The staff is very helpful. Great location with good parking. The view outback is beautiful. An asset to Hendersonville NC!

This is my favorite place in the world. I travel to Hendersonville from Clearwater, FL every year in the fall(October). My children love it. We do not go for pumpkins — they are usually sold out by the time we go. We definitely go for the apples. Sometimes they have them left on the trees for«You pick it» and sometimes they don’t — either way, they are so fresh and delicious. On the weekends they have the cow train which is fun for small children — it is a hay ride in barrels with wheels that look like cows! They also have a corn maze and a wonderful bakery. If you need lunch, there is a BBQ truck as well. I have never tried it because I am always too full on apples, apple fritters and apple donuts, but it smells wonderful. The view in back of the barn is just beautiful, especially when the leaves are changing. I have visited many of the orchards and this is by far the best.

Came here two years straight for pumpkin picking. The first year, my girlfriend and I loved it. The apple donuts are to die for as well as their other baking goods. The hot apple cider is very nice too. The reason why I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because this past week when we went there for the second time, they were basically all out of pumpkins. I didn’t understand this because we came here around the same time last year, and they had a plethora of them. We were pretty disappointed and had to settle for some small pumpkins that they were selling up the road. I would hate to give this place a really bad review because it truly is a nice place to bring the family, I just hope when october rolls around next year, we wont be disappointed again.

Great people own and run the orchard and stand, and a wide variety of apples are available. New this year is a bake shop selling fried pies, donuts and other apple-flavored products. In the height of the apple season they have a corn maze for the kids and a BBQ caterer set up outside on the weekends. It wouldn’t be fall in the Carolina mountains without a visit to Grandads. Just look for the old John Deere tractor on top of the silo.

Great selection of apples, at a great price. Apple slushee & apple turnover were all excellent! Pumpkin patch, corn maze, lama, cow train were all great for kids.
