Office Depot

This review is entirely about the copy center, and not the rest of the retail store. That being said, the reason that this is not a one-​star review is the positive attitude of the staff. Without exception, every employee that I dealt with was friendly and courteous, they wanted to be helpful, and they were as frustrated with my printing job as I was.
I had a number of family tree charts that I needed for a family reunion. They were able to complete the simpler charts in a couple of days, but they needed extra time for the more complex charts. After almost two weeks, I was almost out of time, and they were about ready to tell me they couldn’t do it.
They showed me how my jpg files were choking their computers, so I suggested printing directly from the printer. They tried that, but it printed incorrectly. So looking over her shoulder, I suggested changing various settings that allowed the charts to print. They weren’t what I had hoped for, since the borders were missing and some of the titles were clipped, but I had run out of time.
I had no problem printing all of the files on my own computer, but my printers weren’t large enough. That leads me to believe that their computers are underpowered for the type of work they’re doing. And since I was guessing at the settings that eventually worked, I believe the staff needs better training on the equipment they’re using.

They have what I need and get me out fast. Just the way I like it! They have some cute girls in there too :)

I needed to get a few things copied it, so I went to the office depot near my house.
There was one person working the copy desk, answering the phones, and acting as cashier.
I saw at least 3 or 4 other employees in the store, 1 was working with a customer however the other 3 doing their best to avoid making eye contact with me or with the other two or three customers in the store. Finally when one of the other customers was standing in line to check out, the woman at the copy desk calls for help and one of the other employees, came over to act as cashier.
I waited at least 15 minutes with no one coming over to help, so I then went looking for someone to help me, but to no avail.
Office Depot is a good chain, however the customer service here is atrocious. The manager of this store should be ashamed.

Love this place and the people in it. So great!
