WARNING… WARNING, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BILLY!!! I bought a hot tub from this man and it is a piece of crap, the motor stopped a week after buying the spa and the lights stopped working. I called and spoke with him, he basically called me a liar and told me I didn’t know how to work the spa. I called another company who came out and fixed it right away but of course I had to pay for it which stinks because it was suppose to have a warranty on it! I have spoken with an employee and was told this man is about to be in some major trouble and proceeded to explain to me what is going on (lol) wow is all i can say! I paid cash and got a deal and paid no sales tax and now i know why! SO, I ADVISE NOT BUYING A HOT TUB FROM THIS GUY BECAUSE HE MAY NOT BE IN BUSINESS MUCH LONGER!

We have had a great install by these guys. We love our new hot tub! They were on time, on schedule, removed the old one sunk into the deck, installed the new, hooked it up and carried away the old 13 year old tub. What a job it was and all in 1 day. Perfect!
I highly recommend this company as they were available to solve our problems as well as sell us a new product which is much nicer than our previous one. Thumbs up to all who helped us!
