I was really impressed with Dr. Stamper and his staff. They are thorough and very professional. My wife loves her new glasses, but without a doubt, they are the most expensive glasses we’ve ever bought.

Dr. Stamper and his helpful team are true professionals. They have the best technology available, they answer all my questions, and I never feel rushed; unlike any other Optometrist I have ever been to. They are reasonably priced and the office is CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. There is a large selection of eye wear to choose from including designer brands. I have not taken our children for exams yet but many of my friends have and I hear they are wonderful with children as well. The BEST in the Nashville area by far!

I am general quite pleased with my experiences at Visionary and with Dr. Stamper. They have all the newest technology yet charge reasonable prices for it and take my insurance. I’m particularly pleased with how quickly the new technology allows for a correct and accurate eye examination. I’m impressed by the retina scanning equipment, which eliminates the need for the dreaded puff test. Dr. Stamper is very good at explaining everything as well, so you leave understanding your vision better.
A few minor criticisms… First, with all their technology, they were confused by my dual insurance coverage. I’d have expected more experience with such issues. Second, their music can be a little grating. And finally, the place is just a little too trendy inside. Makes me feel like I’m going to be sold expensive glasses… which thankfully I don’t need.
Highly recommended.

Dr, Stamper provides a thorough eye examination and explains each test and what he is looking for as he examines your eyes. Explains all answers in laymen terms so you understand what he is saying. His staff is very professional from the minute you open the door until you leave. They strive to make your experience the best it can be.

I just read the other glowing reviews and everything they say is spot on and then some. Dr. Stamper is a complete professional and his staff are pleasant/​skilled. The environment is like going for a spa treatment. I highly recommend Visionary Eyecare Center!
