Ampa Events

We have worked with AMPA and Ted (the owner) directly for 5+ years. In those years AMPA has provided lighting, sound and décor for our organizations showcase events (annual awards dinner for 800+ and our symposium). You can imagine, it takes a certain skill to re-​design an annual event so the attendees feel like they are having a different experience year over year. It takes a skill beyond basic design methods and it’s hard to find but Ted and his team — they have it!
As a non-​profit, budget is very important to us and as an event planner, of 13+ years, I have big ideas re: design. Ted and his team have been amazing at helping me re-​imagine the event so my design fits my budget. The design, execution and service is always excellent and our attendees are amazed EVERY year. It’s been great working with AMPA and I can’t wait to see what we come up with next year.
