Called with simple question about stock availability was told, «sir, we’re very busy, I can’t entertain a call of this nature.» Seriously? I can’t entertain spending money at a place that would have such awful service. You get what you pay for, avoid this place like the plague.

Very disappointed. The whole mattress buying experience started out fantastic. Everything worked out and everyone was very helpful. The next day my bed got delivered, it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and was nothing like the floor model. I called within 24 hours to return the uncomfortable mattress that actually made me sore. The company was very unhelpful and wouldn’t answer any of my questions. They told me I was required to keep the bed for 30 days and that I could not get it refunded. There was a 20% restocking fee, which I understand, but then I found out that the mattress could not be refunded(I WASNOTTOLDTHISATANYPOINT) instead, they only offer store credit, after you pay the restocking fee. ABSURDPOLICIESANDUNHELPFULCUSTOMERSERVICE. DONOTBUYFROMHEREUNLESSYOUREADTHEFINEPRINT!

On February 14, 2015, my husband and I purchased a sofa and recliner set. The recliner was in stock and delivered the following Monday. We were told that the sofa would be delivered mid March. We didn’t really want to wait that long, but we decided to wait. Near the middle of March we called to see when the sofa would be delivered. We were told that the sofa was on a slow boat from China(the saleswomen’s words) and wouldn’t be in until mid April. Again we didn’t want to wait, but we chose to do so. On April 10th we called to inquire about the sofa delivery date. We were again told that the sofa was on a slow boat from China and would be delivered at the end of May. At this point we were done. On April 12th we went to the store and spoke with the manager. He said that the manufacturer was the problem but that he would work with us to find something that we liked that was in stock. We found a set that we actually liked. It was on sale but was a little more than what we had originally purchased. Our saleswoman spoke with the manager then told us that there was nothing that they could take off of the difference because there was an «as advertised» tag on the furniture. We didn’t expect that we would get a much more expensive set for what we had paid, but we did expect that the manager would do something to help. We had been inconvenienced and put off several times. We were told that he was not allowed to do anything when items had the«as advertised» tag. It is unfathomable that a company the size of Haynes could do nothing to make right this situation. It is apparent that our sale, as well as any future sales, was unimportant. We now have to wait for the delivery people to pick up the chair before we can get a full refund. In order to be available for that, one of us has to take time away from work. Two more inconveniences about which Haynes has no concern.

You can usually find what you want in here. And they have really nice accessories. If something seems too expensive, just wait for the sale, because they always have one. Just beware the ravenous sales people.

We bought bedroom set and a reclaimed wood dining tablet set. Really nice rustic options in what we were looking for. Sales associate, Doug, was a pleasure to work with. Delivery was on time and every piece as ordered. I realize a few of the reviews are negative but it’s worth posting our very positive experience there.

Do Not Buy From Here! My one order has taken over 3 months to fulfill and not even to my liking. Mike is the manager and after the sale he does not want anything to do with your order. He is very unhelpful and will keep cutting you off so he can talk and tell you it is not his responsibility or in his hands anymore. Roscoe was the sales rep who sold me the couch and assured me it would be taken care of. I bought 2 couches(paid full), waited 1 month for delivery only to have 1 of them delivered because the other was damaged. They told me I would get the other one in 2 weeks, but after 2 weeks had passed they told me it would be another month. After waiting for a bit and not getting a definite response, I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They told me I cannot return the other couch because it was out of the return date(in their policy). I tried contacting corporate and they told me it is upto the store(W. Broad St Store) itself and it is not in their hands. Mike the manager at the store was extremely rude and told me once the order is placed they don’t handle anything and I could contact Haynes After Delivery Service. We had to schedule twice for delivery because people were not willing to take our couches to the 4th floor even though it was in our notes. The delivery people tried to leave or ask for more money. They were not willing to position the couches where we wanted, they stated it was their job to just take it to the floor and not place it where someone wants it. Think twice before you buy from them! They eventually came back and moved the couches up. The 3rd party delivery was horrible. Roscoe was good, he helped solve the problem(only reason I didn’t give a 1 star rating). Mike is a really bad Manager.

50,000 sq ft — so a lot of stuff for sale under one roof. However some of the prices seemed a little high for the quality of the product. I think better products can be found elsewhere and for better prices.
