Purchased a Groupon for a Valentines day package. Tried several times to contact them via email and received no response. When I tried to contact the phone listed on their website it was a personal cell phone with no recording so you don’t even know where you are calling. They finally contacted me giving some excuse as to why Groupon sold a package they were not offering. He said he would work with me to find some thing that would fit my schedule. This was a week and a half before valentines day. I told them it was supposed to be a gift and I’d like work out a compromise soon. We are now almost a month after purchase and I have not heard back. I have contacted Groupon and they are trying to get my money back. Overall very unprofessional!!!
