Just bought a bed from here. Worked with Max last night and Michelle tonight. Excellent service. I had tried four other stores looking for a Mattress set and hated every minute of it. Then I made it to Mattress Discounters. Max was incredibly knowledgable and didn’t just say «lay here and how does it feel». He had me try out several beds while explaining to look at how they made the major pressure points of my back feel. Then asked good probing questions. When it came time to finally choose a bed, the deal I got was on par price wise with most others, however I got a mattress protector, two amazing pillows, delivery and removal of my old mattress set included in the price. I would recommend anyone to shop here and you won’t be sorry. Michelle handled my actual purchase and made the process smooth and easy then made me more excited than a country boy coming across fresh road kill when she said «would you like this delivered tomorrow?» I was hesitant because I work tomorrow and she assured me I could get it delivered after work. Excellent people, excellent service, excellent price and now I need to go to sleep one last time on my lumpy, saggy pos bed before the new one comes tomorrow and I can finally feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud with cherubs feeding me peels grapes. Go to this store, work with these people, you too can have cherubs feeding you grapes.
