I had to get my favorite jeans patched up. There were two small holes in the crouch area and did not want to part with them yet. I was surprised when they told me it would be ready the next day by 3:00 pm. I returned the following day and it was still laying there on the bottom of a pile of clothes. They apologized and told me to return 10:00 am the following day. Which I did. They did a great job with patching it up. I’m just grateful that I only live less than a mile away. On the ticket was was no phone number for me to check on the status of my jeans. The reason why I gave it 3 stars instead of two because it was so cheap to repair/patch it up. $ 8.00 only! Great work but poor communication.
