Pizza Hut

Live about 20 minutes away from this Pizza Hut. ALWAYS a two hour MINIMUM wait. When you call in they don’t care, and they cut you off. I was told they were short staffed, and backed up, and short on drivers. When I asked if that was always the case, the person on the phone had no response. She informed me it was going to at least be another hour. Order cancelled, and will NOT be using this Pizza Hut again.

I live right down the street and it still was cold. They didn’t even cut the pizza! I ordered from a different pizza Hut further away from the house and it was better than dining in this pizza hut! Needs new managers or new delivery drivers! Absolutely disappointed

First time I ever ordered from the website they somehow got my address wrong. The driver called me with an attitude saying the address didn’t exist even though it clearly did on my receipt online. From then on I put my address again in the comment section.
Today I ordered and the delivery time said 4:59. At 5:30 I called and said my order was late. The girl said it would be there soon. Apparently the time the give you isn’t the real time they come. At 5:51 the driver called and was completely lost. He had to be told how to get to my house. When he finally came he didn’t even have a pen. I still was going to tip him but he gave me the wrong pizza! He spent a few minutes looking in his car pretending the pizza must be there. He then told me it would take another 20 min before he would be back. I didn’t trust him so I called the store at 6:10. I got put on hold where the lady told me that she’s sorry because he’s a new driver but unfortunately my order had to be remade. I asked if I could get my order for free then and she had the nerve to tell me she could only give me a $ 10 discount. My order was only $ 25.36. My kids are crying that they are starving at this point so I told her to cancel my order and that I want a refund. I also said I would be going to Little Caesars. She happily said OK like she was happy to be rid of me.
I was a loyal customer of Papa Johns but decided to switch when I tasted their food from a friend. I have ordered at least 6 times. They have lost a new loyal customer. I have NEVER had such bad service. If they would have just gave me my Order for free I would have forgave them. It was clearly all their fault for giving away my food! Where is the customer loyalty?! That’s all I have to say on the matter. Pizza Hut has left a bad taste in my mouth. Shame.

Great for lunch and dinner, good food and great sweet tea at reasonable cost. Fast freindly staff, and good service.
