This is a glorious new park in my neighborhood that has recently opened to the public. The park is very big and has many picnic tables, 2 horseshoe pits, 2 bocce ball courts, a wonderful gazebo area over looking the large lawn, walking trails, a tree grove, a large open grassy area, and best of all a beautiful pond that is full of ducks and geese. This park should and will be the landmark park of Hercules in the near future.
Duck Pond Park is extremely well manicured all year round, well lit at night, and absolutely perfect for family walks. My daughter and I walk this park every morning and love to stop and watch the ducks come and go while listening to the birds in the trees. This park is also perfect for an afternoon picnic and will have everyone entertained for hours.
This park is an absolute gem and a must visit if in Hercules!
