Very limited delivery and installation for appliances. First, they had to deliver the dishwasher then, and only then, do they schedule the ‘install’! I needed 3:00pm — 5:00pm and was told I could request, then they scheduled for am and I asked to get afternoon and was told they do not do schedule after 3:00pm and do not do evenings and do not do Saturday… I was willing to wait an extra week but to no avail. Now, I have to take another day off just to get it hooked up… I am going to Lowes next time!

Second time here for paint and I immediately regretted my(generous) previous review. it took 30 minutes and I asked at least 6 different employees to get some help at the paint department. There was another couple there ahead of us who had been there for 20 min already. Accumulatively that is FIFTYMINUTES without a single employee at the paint department. ridiculous! I kept hearing them page for help in paint but literally nobody came. Once the guy finally came he was able to mix our paint relatively quickly, but didn’t seem to have any extensive knowledge about what kind of paint is best for specific surfaces. He was nice, I guess, but at that point I was so irritated with having to wait so long I just wanted to get out.

I’m giving this particular location because of the excellent customer service of one particular employee, Deb. She was very attentive to my needs while shopping in the store, helped me find my items and was very knowledgable about her surroundings.

Dave, I have spoken to you already tonight. Like I mentioned, I approached Robert(older white guy with glasses and trucker or baseball cap, facial hair) and asked if he could help regarding the toilet seats. He should’ve been honest and said no and got someone else. I was not even able to ask my question. All I was able to say was that I have a question regarding the toilet seat. He went on about how there’s toilet seats for round bowls and elongated bowls. Yap yap yapping away as I wait to ask my question. So instead of asking me, he walks over to the toilet bowls and explains again by showing me the difference between the round and elongated bowl. Really? Do I look that stupid that I need it explained twice? You should ask older Robert what my question was. I bet he doesn’t know. Why? He never bothered to ask! Therefore, he never really wanted to help! He kept yammering but the way he was treating me was condescending. I even said ‘Please don’t talk to me like that’ in front of everyone. I felt like I was at the car dealership all over again. Luckily Vega passed by and heard me. Vega was super nice and super helpful. I was able to comfortably ask questions. While I was waiting in line, a different younger Robert talked to me about the toilet seat because I guess he overheard me. If I come back, I will only do so if the price is cheaper than other competitors. Otherwise, I’m taking my kitchen and bathroom renovation to a competitor. I had just spoken to someone in Home Depot about getting an electrician. If Home Depot gets a cut, I’m looking elsewhere. Someone should let Robert know that in this day and age of social media, you could at least be fake nice to me, after all, you’re in customer service. You want to be a dick, go be a TSA agent. You don’t ever need to be nice there. Why can’t humans just be nice to another human being?! I’m local too!

Don’t come here expecting to buy any blinds that need to be cut to measure. Friday, 10:15 a.m., I waited 2o minutes, then had to hunt down someone to help me. Lisa just finished helping a couple with a custom order at the desk. She asked me how many blinds I needed. I just needed one. Then another couple just arrived at the custom order desk. Lisa went to pull my blinds off the shelf and set them standing on the floor. I gave her the measurements for cutting the blinds. She told another woman in the aisle needing help that I was next, and another order was after me. She told me to wait, and she ran off to tend to someone else. I waited 25 minutes for her to come back. I went to look for her, and found her at the custom order desk helping another couple. I asked her if anyone else could help cut the blinds. She gestured(towards the seated customers) that they were all booked up, and indicated that I would have to wait until they were done. I walked back to the blinds aisle. After I told other workers that I was writing a review, in minutes, a really nice lady came to help me. She saved my sanity. Purchased finally completed 11:30 a.m. Just because my purchase is small does not mean that you treat me small. You don’t know if my future order could be your next huge custom order.
