Out of the 5 times I’ve been here they have only had Thai tea/taro boba in stock once. Their toppings are always empty for the yogurts and are annoyed when you ask them to refill it. Good thing they have señorita bread or there would be no reason to go.

Good flavors but not enough variety. The service hours don’t match with the ones in the Unilocal page: l

I am not sure you can call it service but whatever it was it was very disappointing here. No one was at the front desk. I wanted to go to the back where I can hear employees talking(non work related). Finally, I was able to flag a lady down I told her they need a bell to let them know someone is up front. She said when the door opens the sound let’s them know. Obviously that didn’t work because 2 people left before I had entered and I entered the place 5 minutes before I was ready to pay and she never came to the front. As my daughter and I sit and eat, I see a guy walk in then leave. The lady never went up front to greet. Actually, I wasn’t even greeted, she rang me up then went right back into the back area. The frozen yogurt was alright. I had better. The frozen yogurt was too icy. My coworker tried to get señorita bread here. I like the bread. Too bad they don’t have it all the time. She actually tried coming right when they opened and they didn’t have any.

I bought 35 señorita bread today and it was poor service. Far from my past experiences at this location before. I went and called at 7:25 so I can pick it up before I go to work. The guy said ok it’ll be ready for you when you get here. I told him I’ll be there in 10 minutes. I got there at 7:40 and it wasn’t ready. Before I paid I asked how long, he said 5 minutes. Waited and waited and he finally came out at 7:52. The lady that was waiting with me she said she waited since 7:30. On top of that, I got to work and all the señorita was over baked. They are now hard. So this was very bad experience and service. I may not come back here for a long time.

I change my mind about this place all the time. I like the drinks but the people that work here is untrained some look like their homeless. Clothes are dirty. It took them about 10 minutes for a strawberry green tea. I kept hearing the girl tell the other guys«can you make it. Hey can you make it.» Really just make my tea!

So on my way back home from the bi-weekly Sac trips, I stopped by to get some gas in Hercules and I noticed in the little plaza that there was a small store front that said«Starbread» “Blasphemy!” I proclaimed«The only Starbread I know is at Ling Nam in SSF, how dare they use the name Starbread here in Hercules» But Blasphemy it was not! They have Señorita bread here! I’m sure the locals know about this place but I am not a local so this is a great find for me. If I understand it correctly, it’s a Tutti Frutti — they sell frozen yogurt — but they also have a small bakery and sells genuine Señorita bread. They have lots of boxes in the front of the store and each box is labeled with a number which corresponds to the quantity that can fit in the box. Bring the box to the cashier who’ll ring you up then 5 minutes later the box is filled up with hot Señorita bread! Nice to know I can get my fix while traveling from Sacramento to the Bay

Everytime I have a potluck and I don’t have time to cook, I call in for an order of señorita bread. It’s always a hit! Make sure you give yourself a few more minutes than they quote you for an order. If they say 5 – 7 minutes, it really ends up being 10 – 13 minutes. Still fast and worth it for fresh-out-the-oven yummy, sugary, buttery goodness that is señorita bread. I wonder if they will ever make it gluten-free? Maybe one day.

So according to IG and Yogurtland, yesterday was national frozen yogurt day and Yogurtland was giving out free frozen yogurt. After driving by and seeing the line was ridiculously long, we decided it wasn’t worth standing outside all night so we came here instead. Big mistake. Most of the yogurt machines were broken and the toppings were old and stale. Even the sprinkles were stuck in the shaker(I’m not sure if they had gotten wet or what). I mentioned that Yogurtland was giving out free yogurt and the young lady who worked there said she hadn’t heard, but she would head over there when she got off. Maybe I’m going too hard but to me it’s a huge red flag if their own employees would rather go get froyo from the competition. If the only thing they sold was froyo, I would give zero stars, but they sell delicious señorita bread so I can’t write them off completely ;)

Horrible customer service. Been here a few times and tonight was the final straw. No taste cups. Worker told me to grab a spoon and put it under the spout. Pretty unsanitary. Only had four flavors today. Quality is hit or miss. Most of the times yogurt comes out watery. I’ll go to Yogurtland one exit away off Pinole Valley Road. ByeBye Tutti!

Ok so this place is kinda weird. It is a frozen yogurt place but funny thing is that no one comes here for frozen yogurt. For those that know, this place makes delicious boba teas and señorita breads. I’ve had the Thai iced tea and the lychee tea with boba and it is delicious. The shining star of this place is the señorita bread. It is basically small fresh rolls filled with syrup sugary things and when it’s fresh and hot, life is pretty much complete. And did I mention that it is super cheap?! $ 4 for 10 pieces… so worth it. Everyone go get this. My only issue with this place is how unappealing the interiors are. It’s dirty and sticky and a little run down. Could definitely use some general upkeep and cleaning.

I won’t blather on and on like I usually do in my reviews. I will simply say that Mom, kid, and I were won over by the tangy, delicately-flavored lychee yogurt and the EIGHT boba flavors. Yes, EIGHT! My kid — upon seeing the rainbow of bobas — let her pre-teen«everything bores me» façade slip and for a few moments I got to enjoy seeing her giddy with excitement about something. And for that, four solid stars!

Señorita bread is always good here! Boba on the other hand is not as great. The past 3 times we have been in they have been out of tapioca or just ran out after skimping on our order. When they do have it, it takes forever to make the drinks… we’ve had our señorita bread baked before they were even finished making drinks!

The whole point of a phone order is to not have to wait in line and essentially have the order ready, hence PREorder but apparently this place seems to have a different comprehension of such. Why bother even taking orders if you’re just to give the food away?! Ordered señorita bread for a family event, said we’d be there 5mins, made it in 15 because, oh you know, life happens, and imagine our disappointment when the kid said oh well we had a lot of orders and you weren’t here on time so we gave it away. And mind you, he walks away to the back and is still talking about me being late where I can still both see and hear him. I hope the manager or owner talks to the kids that work there and really straighten things out, mind you they were giving away wrong orders while they made me wait for something I already ordered.

Unique to have a shop that sells frozen yogurt, boba teas and starbread. I think their business is mainly the starbread. Placed a big order. Gave them over an hour to make it. Came by to pick it up and EXPECTED it to be ready. But it wasn’t. Waited another 20min. Still waiting. 4 girl employees talking in the back about how their Friday night went as well as their pet peeves. Poor guy upfront surrounded by lazy morons. No one inside the place too. I’d give it one star but the starbread is Sooo goooood. FYI… I’m still waiting… wtf

Not the best yogurt joint, but not the worst either. Pluses –warm, fresh señorita bread Service –mediocre — place is usually not that packed and there is only one staff member Yogurtland is better and has better selection of toppings, but it’s unique that it’s the only joint that has the oowy gooey señorita bread!

I am addicted to their Boba Milk Tea and Señorita bread! They have an excellent froyo flavor selection that tastes as good if not better than yogurtland in my opinion. Quick and friendly service. I go here at least once a week and have never had a bad experience.

LOVE love Señorita bread and so thankful they have them here and I don’t have to go to Vallejo or San Pablo. Be careful when you first take a bite of one when you get them fresh, they are hot! Oh and gooey yummy stuff comes out(butter and sugar) absolutely heaven!

They starbread and most of the flavors here are good and down the block from the house. Very convienient A word of advice for the owner though, put the peanuts in a shaker container cause there are people highly allergic to peanuts. I told the kid at the cashier, he took them away for a quick min, then somebody else put it back like nothing ever happened. FAIL! Just trying to help you avoid a lawsuit cause you are now warned. Have a good day
