My doctor sent my specimen to this laboratory. The turn around time on my results was very fast. My claim was filed to both my primary and secondary insurance companies correctly and I received notifications from their billing department in a timely fashion.

My new OB/GYN uses this lab and I was nervous after reading the reviews on Unilocal. (There were 2 from years ago) when I got my bill I had questions and was assisted by the billing department. The person who helped was wonderful and reviewed my account and what my doctor ordered. I was a little concerned about paying it all at once and the billing rep was happy to offer me 20% discount and set up payments. I am a happy patient!

Billed without identification of physician or results of test. Bullied into paying, still no test information. Staff refuses to rectify problem repeatedly. Physicians stay away, do not put your patients in the path of this unprofessional, buck-passing lab.

This lab does two things: analyze your bodily fluids and bill you. Step one, probably OK. Step two — wow, what a mess.
Billed me once, 4 months after the test, with threats to send me to a credit bureau. My credit is important to me and I don’t «accidentally» misplace a bill. Much less three (3).
Cavalier, dishonest lowlifes! Who knows who is working in their billing department but they don’t care about anyone. They’ll screw up your credit because they are too lazy to get the bills out. I’ve never, ever seen anything like this. Furious!!!
