No communication or feedback from the office staff when submitting a case via email, even when the email sent specifically requests for notification that it has at least been seen. When I call to get an update they always sound annoyed, and still don’t provide any actual feedback on my case other than«We’ll contact you» instead of actually checking on my specific inquiry. If I even get another traffic ticket in the area I’ll definitely look elsewhere for representation if possible. Edit: The ticket was reduced to a parking violation $ 120 and with it I received my first correspondence letting me know to send the payment to the lawyer and they would forward it along. I did that 2 – 3 weeks ago now and again no communication that they received it, that they sent it in, or that everything was all set and taken care of. I was going to increase review thanks to a favorable result but the lack of communication just annoys me too much.
