Good theater. Usually never a line. On Tuesdays, it’s a good place to catch a $ 5 movie with friends and family. The staff is usually very friendly and the place is very clean. If you sign up for a rewards card with them, you also get a small free popcorn on Tuesdays. If you want a big popcorn on Tuesday you can always upgrade your free popcorn to a large one for four dollars with a rewards card. Ok, so here is the downside to this place is that if you don’t drink soda you are kind of on your own. I actually walked up to the concession stand and ordered a glass of water and a large popcorn. They actually don’t drink water, slushies or sports drinks anymore. The water cup that they handed me was actually insulting. A 4oz cup of water was not going to last me through the movie and through a whole bucket of popcorn with all of that butter and salt that they loaded onto it. I asked them if they had a bigger cup for water. When they replied to me, all they had for bottled water«dansani» yuck! This is the worst bottled water that I can possibly think of to drink, it’s also somewhere around $ 4 for a bottle of it there. I told them i would rather have tap water then drink dansani. Once again I asked them if there was any way I would be able to get a bigger water cup. They proceeded to tell me that i would have to pay $ 5 for this cup of tap water. At this point I was a little more upset. Paying for a cup is one thing, I could see them charging $.50−1.00 to cover the cost of the cup. But not movie theater price on a cup of soda to get a cup of tap water. I was seriously was offended by this. Next Time I’ll just bring a water bottle and fill it up before I leave the house. $ 5 for a cup of tap water is just unreasonable!

This was our first movie theater outing together as a family. We surprised the boys by seeing Monsters University. They were excited! I used my bigger wheelchair and it fit thru the doors just fine. They were double doors with no bar in the middle. As we got up to the counter, we were greeted in a very friendly manner and with a smile. There was plenty of room to get around the ticket booth and enough room to get inside where our movie was. There was a family sitting in the wheelchair row. I wanted to sit with my family, so I went to the ticket counter and asked if they could ask some people to move. Without hesitation, they said they would be happy to help and ask them to move. Even though she told the wrong row, it was nice to be at a place with the willingness to accommodate. The family said they were comfortable in the seats, and I was able to see the movie just fine. For me, I am glad I had good brakes on my wheelchair. It seemed like I was at a slant, so I didn’t want to move around too much. The sound and video quality was loud and crisp and gave that theater sound.
We have not been to a movie theater in years, but it seemed that they were in the price range of other concession stands. It would have been nice if they could offer free refills on drinks. We really enjoyed ourselves at Lake 10 theater. The staff was friendly when we arrived and when we were leaving. Lake 10 offers a free rewards program. When you visit, you gain points for rewards. We will definitely be back and suggest that you STOPIN for your next movie night out. follow us on our next adventure, and please leave us a comment

This is a nice little theater. Comfy seats, good screens, 3D pictures, and a decent snack selection. The volume was a bit on the loud side, which is why I can’t give it five stars, but other than that a good time was had by all.

Nothing special about the movie theater compared to other theaters around the nation. Staff is very friendly and the nachos are delicious(Chips are not to bad).

Comfy seating, good screens, and easy access. What more do you need? Overall, a good movie theater.
