I went to this vapor store because it had a 4 star rating and I am extremely disappointed that I trusted that! While the staff was extremely friendly and really helpful on choosing my device they are nowhere near knowledgeable about their products! I bought a tank there just two weeks ago that is now leaking. When I brought this back they told me that I probably dropped it or it being in my purse could have damaged it. I know I didn’t drop it and it being in my purse damaging it is something they should have told me could have happened. She was also very dismissive of me, saying that «not covered by manufacturers warranty so there’s nothing I can do about it!» That is bull considering I just heard another customer getting her total product replaced for the same issue. I am most likely a new costumer and not a repeat customer. well I sure as hell won’t be now!
I wrote this post yesterday after my experience at the Hermitage store. I decided to give 4ever A second chance when I heard there was a Donelson location that a lot of great reviews have been written about. My experience at this location was quite the opposite of my experience at the Hermitage store! The woman there was extremely helpful and help me with my broken device gave me 10% off and made sure I left extremely happy and will return to that location for all my vapor needs!

This is the best vape shop around. I have been to many from Cookeville to Nashville and here they treat you great and are really honest and so helpful! They don’t pressure you to upgrade your stuff over and over and they reward you with the cards to earn free juice for shopping there. I went in last night (Saturday) around 7:50 not realizing they closed at 8 and they didn’t rush me at all. They took their time and just let me try what I wanted and helped me pick a new tank. I was so grateful due to not so good experiences elsewhere and driving so far to get my products. I will continue to come here for all my vape wants!!!

Was in town for work for a few days and pass by this Great little vape shop. They had alot of selection from juice to mods to choose from. Kaitlin was super friendly and helpful. Best part of the shop they had a cooler with complimentary soft drink. The atmosphere was super laid back.

Love this place. Great prices, great customer service and wonderful atmosphere. They are more than happy to take a look at broken equipment and attempt to fix what they can. If you have an issue they will work with you to find a middle ground to make you happy.
