This is a Dunking Donuts/Baskin Robbins. We visited tonight utilizing the drive thru and asked if they were participating in the $ 1.31/scoop on 1⁄31. They politely said yes and I began to place our order. We order 5 total scoops between my daughter and I. I asked for three scoops in a cup, which I would normally think that would mean they would all come in one cup except, we were given one scoop per cup. Okay fine, maybe that is how they had to ring it up with the special… I can overlook that. Out of the first several flavors we requested, they were out. We asked for cookies and cream, out! Strawberry cheesecake, out! The worst part of all this is coming home with ice cream that is freezer burned, in which we had to throw away. My order came to $ 9.16, let’s do the math. 5 scoops at $ 1.31=$ 6.55x.0975 tax=$ 7.19. So needless to say, not pleased and thinking next time we want ice cream, it won’t be from this location!!!

Been to this location several times to get some icecream… I should say«attempted to get some icecream.» I would estimate, out of 10 times, 8 of them have involved me being ignored at the drive thru. I don’t know how the kids working there have gotten away with it so much. All I ever want is one scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough, would take 1 minute of their time, and I’m not showing up 30 minutes or less within the closing time! I thought it was a fluke the first two times, you can see now why I have moved past that theory. I typically choose to drive further to the location in Mt. Juliet or Rivergate, rather than gamble on this location. I’d advise anyone else to do the same.
