Generally we enjoy this place and service is usually pretty good. This time we waited a good while at the counter while several employees talked amongst themselves. We were never acknowledged so we left. Service was nonexistent on this trip. Stopped at Walts Golden Dawn grocery later and bought our donuts.

Today I visited this dunkin and I was unsure of what I wanted so the cashier, Sonya, thoroughly described the drinks to me to make sure that I was getting what I would like best! When I made my decision she offered me and my grandma free samples of the other drink which were quite large for a sample. Then while waiting for our drinks an other worker offered me a free drink because it had been a mistake or something. It was great experience. I wish I lived closer to go there again!

What can I say? It’s Dunkin Donuts and you always know what you’re getting. This location is across from the Shenango Valley Mall. Drive Thru Window available. I haven’t been inside recently, I tend to hit the drive thru when I am in town so I can’t currently comment on the appearance/​cleanliness. That being said, I think it was remodeled not too long ago.
