Great donuts but you got to deal with the super grouchy miserable little donut trolls!

I can’t rate this bakery’s product because I never got to taste it. I left messages and kept calling, but was put on hold for 10 minutes. I finally went there to place my order and they were snide and condescending. If you decide to buy a cake from them, make sure to order it at least a week in advance so that their bakers, who don’t come in until 11 am, will have time to fit you into the schedule.

I’m giving one star because I cannot give zero. After calling several local bakeries this was the only bakery that could make the cake I wanted. All I had to do was bring in a picture. So I did. The lady quickly said that she could make it. I was excited! When I picked up the cake the day of the party, I was highly disappointed. It looked like my 1^st grader helped decorate the cake. There was a huge blob of icing in the center of the cake with his name on it. The cake was not a flat cake, it had a hump in the center. And to top it off, the taste was terrible. The cake itself was not moist and the icing tasted like crisco and flour. I contacted the owner via text, because they don’t have email, with pictures for proof and I never got a response. I will never go back and I highly recommend not using them!
