They have weekly adoption days at Petco in Hermitage. The address is 5570 Old Hickory Boulevard and they are there Saturdays 1:00 pm — 5:30 pm and Sunday 2:00 pm — 6:00 pm. You can view available dogs for adoption at

They are soley foster homes right now, but their goal is to build a rescue on the outskirts of Nashville. They’re looking for donations of acreage in Tennessee preferably in Joelton, Whites Creek, Wilson, Smith or Dekalb County. They’re also looking for skilled volunteers to help with fundraising, grantwriting, finding land and other things. They are also doing the same thing in SC in a city where this is no shelter. They would like to raise funds to build a facility that will be a huge rescue, rehab, sanctuary and education center in SC also.
Kim is easy to talk to. She loves animals and this is her passion. If you want to help, just email her. I’ve helped with the rescue before. Its a small rescue but they do save lives!
