Lowe’s of Hermitage

I try my hardest not to buy anything at this store. Proof of reason. .I did stop there the other day (against my better judgment) and not a single person that works there acknowledged that I was even there! I have watched ever since they opened, employees almost running from you if you look at them. Don’t get me wrong, there are a few, and I do mean a few that work there that are polite and know what they are talking about, but for the most part a store that could learn how to treat customers from Home Depot!

Bought a husquvarna tractor here in May 2013. Since then I have tried to buy smile parts like an air filter or an oil filter. These guys sell the tractor but your on your own after that and sadly, not an employee in the store gives a rats _​_​_​_​enough to help. Won’t offer to order it even.
Bought a dish washer and wanted them to install it. They wanted to charge me $ 35 just to have someone come out and take the same measurements that I supplied them and then said I had to make the 40 mile round trip again to pay for the dishwasher once they measured it. I ended up buying it anyway, against my better judgement, and installed it myself. Again, not a single employee showed any care in the world and even said to me that they would not voice an opinion to management because 1) management won’t listen and 2) that’s how people get fired who do.
Let me just say, if a company won’t listen to employees or customers feedback then how will they ever improve. Or do they really care about that either? I’m done with this place!
My vent is done. And so is lowes on my list of places to spend money! Shop Orange from here out that is when I can’t get it at the local places!
