Shenango Honda

When looking to purchase a used vehicle in August of 2015, I went to many dealerships & was on a very tight budget. Multiple friends recommended Shenango Honda as a quality dealer that wouldn’t sell junk used cars. When I got to the dealership, Missy greeted me walking in & treated me like a valued customer even though I had just met her. I explained that I was on a tight budget & needed a quality, reliable used car. Missy went out of her way to show me every option in my price range, & she didn’t try to up-​sell me into something I couldn’t afford. I ended up with a great car that was right in my price range & I feel I got the most bang for my buck. I’ve had zero issues & Missy has followed up individually to make sure I was a satisfied customer, in addition to Shenango Honda doing a good job at following up & sending coupons for oil changes & other services. I’d gladly recommend Shenango Honda & in particular Missy to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle.

Inquired about purchasing a new HR-​V. Jenna was initially very helpful showing the features of the vehicle. Then we were told we’d have to pay sticker price because HR-​Vs are in such high demand people are actually paying over sticker. This is an HR-​V, not the new Challenger Hellcat. We don’t need one badly enough to pay sticker. I would not buy anything from her based on the sound of her voice alone, she ends every sentence with an upward inflection like a 16 year old girl. 3 weeks later the same HR-​V is still sitting there.

Purchased a used car from them and found all kinds of rust under the hood on a 2013 Honda. Drove it back in and experienced very poor customer service. I highly recommend staying away from this dealer for used cars. I feel ripped off now that I have to get the hidden (touched up) rust repaired at my own cost.
