Shenango Valley Mall

I’ve been going to this mall since I was a little kid and it use to be sooooooooooooooooo busy. I go there now and I just want to cry for all the workers. They seem so depressed. I went to the pretzel shop and the food was good but the service was extremely sad. The owner needs to lower his prices for rent cause all he is doing is dragging our mall in the dirt. It’s very sad to see such a good mall go to complete shit. The owner is throwing money away/​giving it away to other malls and I just don’t understand what the owners thought process is because it’s definitely not about making money. GET A GRIP!

The Shenango Valley «Hallway» is at an all time low. The location is great for a mall and has plenty of potential. Whoever owns this mall either doesn’t care or is lacking in business savy.
The only reason it doesn’t get one star is the nice coffee shop called Somethings Brewin and an overly cluttered but unique antique store.
Outside of Macy’s, JcPennys, and Sears there isn’t much reason to go into the mall itself. All three of those stores have their own entrances to spare you from the ghost town like atmosphere that the mall has.
Stores that once existed and gave the mall some credit are gone. Stores that once existed in the mall: Gamestop, American Eagle, Pac Sun, Areo, Kay’s, Borders and many more. Honestly, you are better off driving to Niles to go to Eastwood mall and pay the Ohio sales tax on clothes or walk around at the Grove City Outlets. Where is Marcus Lemonis when you need him?

I only go to this mall to visit the antique store that’s there. It’s amazing! They have millions of antique items from several eras in time. I could spend hours in that store looking around. The rest of the mall is just ok. Nothing too special. It’s kept very clean.

This is a nice mall, but lacks a food court. Only a pizza place. It seems the leadership there has no vision to better the place. So much potential but never any improvements to make the mall compete.
